The apartment building is in a little alley nearby the main port, we were able to reach it (we came with a ship) in less than 10 minutes by foot. The host also graciously let us store the luggages for a few hours before checkin in the afternoon. Metro station is a 5 minutes walk and will take you virtually anywhere in the city. The property is on the second floor, there is an elevator to access. Our unit had everything we needed: The beds were comfy, the bathroom was spacious enough and had a good shower - a must for us :) - The room had air conditioning that helped a lot escaping the hot and humid week. The host was very welcoming (I mean, it Naples!), really responsive and also gave us some good suggestions for visiting. Definitely a good place to stay

There was hardly anything out of place, the BnB was really comfortable.... maaaaybe the only thing is that the fridge is really tiny but it wasn't a big deal for us.

Great location, very central - the port, old town, Spanish quarter are in a walking distance. Cozy and spacious apartment, liked the high ceilings. Very bright and sunny. Nice place to stay for a couple of nights to discover Naples.

Not the B&B's fault, so no minus points - but it's a bit difficult to find, as when you arrive, there is no sign of the B&B, one has to know where to look (next to the door bell). So do your homework (finding on the map exactly) before arriving, especially in the night time :)

the rooms were very nice and clean. everything worked and we had no problems during the stay.

the elevator needs a chip to work. we had one room downstairs and two rooms upstairs and we had to go by the stairs each time since the room downstair did not receive a chip. also we had multiple keys to open all the doors which wasnt comfortable.

Great location. The room was lovely and clean and had a small fridge which was perfect for our breakfast and lunch stuff and keeping drinks cool. The staff cleaned the room each day - taking care to go round our belongings and respecting our space - and filled up the water bottles which were in the fridge. They were really nice when our flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and so were late arriving and they let us leave our bags there all day before we got our flight home.

It was a little difficult to find but the staff were aware of our estimated arrival time and noticed us looking lost so came to get us.

Central location on a side street, which might look uncomfy at the beginning but is great in a noisy city

Could have been a little bit more clean in some places but most important places were fine

We had an amazing stay at B&B Ninarella. First of all it’s located on quiet street of the historic district, walking distance from all the attractions and places to see. The room was very specious, quiet and remained very cool without the need to even use Air Con ( in the middle of the summer). The host was very friendly and helpful with all requests. We will be definitely back to explore more of the incredible city and amazing food it offers. Thank you very much for making our stay unforgettable.

Just stay for a night. Host was very good and received us on time. Location can be tricky, but I did not feel unsafe. Restaurants, supermarkets etc are very close.

Internet access was down.

From the very first time we felt like locals. The accommodation is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood very close to the central road Via Medina. The accommodation premises were on second floor, but that was not a problem since elevator can be used. The staff was very polite and helpful with us during our stay in terms of room service and suggestions about exploring the town. In close proximity to every must see place in Naples (about 10-15' on foot), both from the port side and from the historic centre of town. Just loved Naples, the neighbourhood and our room, No4, called "Bottero". In our next trip we will definitely try to book at B&B Ninarella.

There is only one thing i would like to suggest and that is to change the bath towels every second day without any charge.

In the old town, close to few famous historical places, and good trattorias. Very good common transport, but on foot is also amazing! The owner is kind, friendly, helpful. There was no question he could not help. The room is always clean, fresh towels and bedding. Comfortable bed. Interesting pictures on the wall, it mades us to look after a painters. So I only recommend it! In my opinion it is a five star service!

Very central location! The staff were extremely accomodating (including our special requests), easy to communicate with and very friendly! The apartment was clean and well set out! Highly recommend.
