It is close to the city center and port, so perfect for visiting the city. A plenty of options to eat around. It was cleaned every day (even though I would be fine with less frequency). The room is spacious and bright.

The building is a little bit on a noisy side. The water tank did not boil the water, so no tea. There is no teapot, although it would be very useful. Espresso machine works fine but cappucino machine did not. I think someone in the next room was smoking, so I could feel smoke in the bathroom coming through the ventillation I guess. There is no smoking detector so people do such things.

The location was excellent, within easy distance of the port, the old town and everywhere else we wanted to go. The lift looked old but was quick and as we were on the 4th floor it was used regularly. The air conditioning was very efficient and much needed. The bed was super comfortable and when we arrived our host was very friendly and informative. We will book again when next in Naples.

The breakfast arrangement was poor. It was a voucher system for a cafe over the road but options were limited to coffee and croissant. If you wanted tea (which we did) you had to pay extra which we felt was unacceptable so we didn't bother after the first day. The tea and coffee making facilities were outside the room in the corridor (which was fine); there was a coffee machine, but as tea drinkers we never used this. Although tea bags were available, there was no kettle meaning water for tea had to be heated in the microwave, which took forever. A kettle would be a great addition!

Location very good very near to via Toledo , super clean and silent. Good choice for Naples

Breakfast from bar in front of residence not up to standard. Only croissants for bfast and one day he did not even had available.

I really liked the location, the access to transportation and the sights, right on foot. The room was clean, spacious, functional, the bathroom also, with the space very efficiently utilized. And the people, attentive, friendly, helpful. I think it is the best accommodation in my life at this price. I recently made a reservation in Barcelona, ​​also at a three-star hotel, at a price 4 times higher, only with breakfast extra. I doubt that the room will be better.

At first I had small difficulties with the heavier doors: from the entrance to the building, elevator, from the location, but I got used to it quickly. It is a very small inconvenience compared to all the advantages. And then there is the Italian specificity of the area, it has its charm in the atmosphere of the city, and the building is elegant and well maintained inside.

The appartment is close to the port and located in a nice district with walking distance to all the main attractions and the old city. The room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was good and hot which was the problem in other appartment in Napolu where we stayed earlier. Nicola was very helpful during the check in. Coffee is available in the hall and the breakfast in the caffee across the street. We spent one night there and it was a good choice for us. Highly recommend

The A/C was great. The room was clean. The private bathroom was updated and clean. The premises were very secure. The hotel consisted of only about 4-5 rooms in one hallway of what appeared to be an office building. Elevator available. Breakfast included but was across the street at a café.

Traffic on the street outside was crazy. Difficult to cross the street to café for breakfast (coffee and a pastry only). No signage on exterior made it hard to find not just for us but for taxis and private transfer. No lobby or any amenities.

The location is really great, so close to the metro in a good part of town. The old-fashioned elevator in the building is also a unique experience. The room was considerably spacious and we really liked the bathroom in particular. It was also incredibly clean. It was very handy to have use of the microwave and espresso/coffee machine outside the rooms! The host was very friendly and they gave us a lot of communication. Nicola was also very friendly and helpful when we were checking in.

You could hear a lot of what was happening outside the rooms from inside the room, very thin walls! Also would have been nice to have a kettle or milk. The document we received which described all the things available, described a communal fridge in a kitchen area which we could not find, maybe doesn’t exist anymore. It wasn’t a big issue as we still got a little ticket to bring to the cafe across the road for a coffee and pastry in the morning, but maybe could update the folder.

Location is quite good, very near from Ferry station and metro station so it was useful for those who want to take Ferry next day. Room is larger than I've imagined. There were free coffee machine and air conditioning. Very clean.

Location is good but when I reached there checking the address, I couldn't find any name of the hotel and I was very confused. As I found someone on the ground floor, I tried to ask her and she said it's here. But if I couldn't ask her, I'm sure I've lost. I wish they could show their name plate where visiter could find it easily.

Good communication with the owner/staff. Nice idea with the breakfast vouchers. Lovely room. Amazing building. Perfect location. Clean.

Only issue I had was with the baggage storage on checkout day. Little concerning to think the person before you has the key to your room till the end of your day. Also your own bags are stored in an unattended area where anyone could get access to them.

What we liked: Great location. A good option for a short stay (1–2 nights) in Naples. The host, Francesco, was always available and responsive. Comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, even with Raid spray, we still got bitten by mosquitoes. There was no view from the window. The sofa had visible stains, which was unpleasant. It was quite noisy from the street, especially at night.
