We chose this hotel mainly for its location, as it’s literally a one-minute walk from the port — perfect for catching a ferry to Capri or exploring the Amalfi Coast. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, even for three people. The staff were helpful, providing us with an elevator card so we didn’t have to pay the small fee for using it. For a short stay focused on trips to the islands, this is a great choice.

The elevator was extremely small — it could only fit one person or one suitcase at a time — and would be uncomfortable for anyone with claustrophobia. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the famous L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele (the one from the movie Eat Pray Love), which was one of the main reasons we came to Naples, so it’s not ideal if you want to be right in the center or close to the Spanish Quarter.

Very big room, very clean, good bathroom, very good location - 2 mins away from the ferry point to go to Capri. The very reason we were in Naples. Very helpful host. Easy to communicate with and gives good instructions for things to do and places to go. Good (paid) public parking in the vicinity.

Lack of technology- too many keys to deal with. Perhaps I'm spoilt by the experience of using multi purpose key cards. The elevator is small, tight and complicated- needs a key or needs 10c. Weird. First time I'm seeing such an elevator. No breakfast- not really the fault of this property as it is one of 1000s in this concept of Bed and Breakfast without breakfast. It is not a deal breaker as there are a few options around the block. While location is great the vicinity is not so clean and seems a bit rough to take a walk in the neighborhood.

My stay at this hotel in Naple Great View B&B was absolutely wonderful. The location is ideal, very close to the port, making it easy to explore the city and access transportation. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and a consistently clean and well-organized environment. The reception staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, always willing to assist with directions and local tips. On top of that, the price was very fair considering the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Naples

The room was perfect, modern, clean and a balcony with an amazing view of the Port and Mount Vesuvius. An en suit bathroom with shower and a daily changing of fresh towels. Outside the room was a coffee machine along with a machine with a selection of snacks. For breakfast we were sent to a Cafe, a very short walk away from the rooms where we were served a croissant, tea or coffee and orange juice. Our hostess's were so nice and very helpful and we couldn't ask for better hosts.

Unfortunately my wife and I fell ill during the holiday (nothing to do with our stay) so we couldn't do what we had planned to do as in boat trips to the islands and a visit to pompeii which would have been easy to do from this location. We will definatley return again and do this!!

The location is great if you need to be by the ferry and port. We walked to the bed and breakfast and decided to get a taxi when we left because the walk was quite difficult especially with the type of sidewalks.

The main bed was comfortable, however the extra cot provided for the third person in the room is quite uncomfortable.

The room view, kindness, welcome and farewell. The location of the b&b, the easy access, the cleanliness. Rossella was always smiling and Barbara has been understanding, helpful and very nice from the beginning (before check in) until the last day! She had a personal touch leaving for me and my husband a meaningful souvenir.

The elevator is slow and sometimes it takes time to arrive (not the B&B fault)

The location is truly excellent – the city center is within easy walking distance, and the port, visible from the window, is perfect for taking trips to the nearby islands. An ideal place for exploring both Naples and its surroundings. The host Barbara is absolutely wonderful – warm, sincere, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Room and view were excellent. Michaela and Barbara were fantastic. Room was cleaned and fresh sheets and towels daily. Fridge kept water and our bits ice cold. Michaela was brilliant with places to go and answered any questions we had. Barbara was also excellent with a minor issue we had with the sink, maintenance aas with us within a few minutes. Overall Napoli Great View was fantastic.

Breakfast was in a cafe just next door. Not knowing what we could have was confusing ( maybe if a menu of what we could have was given to guests might resolve this issue). We only used the voucher twice. We only got a coffee and pastry. The staff in there are not very helpful either. I wouldn't go Bed and Breakfast again. Room only. We didn't bother complaining because everything else was soooo good.

The hotel was so close to all the great spots / attractions in Napoli. And buses and trains were also close by as well as the ferry. Right next to the Castel dell'Ovo. If you want a view of Mount Vesuvius and the port, try to book a room that is front facing not a side sea view. I'm guessing you'll get a spectacular view of the port, sun rising etc. So bear that in mind when booking. Not a bad point just a consideration.

Great location, close to transportation hubs, the bus to the airport, the metro station and in walking distance to many places of interest. Barbara was a great host, she told us a lot about Napoli and all its attractions, gave us many useful tips. She also allowed us to leave our luggage in the B&B before check-in, which made our trip much easier. The rooms are spacious and clean. We will definitely come back here if we visit Napoli again.
