We arrived in Naples by ferry from Palermo early in the morning. It was a bit fiddly to proceed self-check in, but the owner of the hotel kindly instructed us via WhatsApp. Great thing of the hotel was that the owner allowed us to leave our luggage under the reception area once we got inside, which was really helpful as we arrived early. Hotel is located about 10 mins walk from the ferry port of Naples and 5 mins walk from Manicipio M1 Metro station. Also the hotel is in the lively area where nice bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarket nearby. (especially, cafe is right next door and it opens early hours). Naples tourist attraction such as Spacca Napoli, Funicolare, Pizza & Fried Pizza are in walking distance, so all can be enjoyed on foot from the hotel.

Around 8:00am, people working in the building (cleaners, carers, etc) are all coming to work at the building where the hotel located and use lift. So if you go up/down the building around 8:00am, it is difficult to get a lift and have to use staircase.

Great location, close to the port and easy access to all transport. We visited for less than 124 hours so it was perfect for our needs. The host communicated well and gacve us lots of suggestions of things to do.

The building in which the rooms are in houses many other businesses and apartments - during certain times (which are note advertised) the lift has a machine inside which requires coins to use. Would have been great to know this in advance to have coins on us as 5 flights of stairs with suitcases is a lot to walk up.

Good communication with Antonio although we didn't get to see him! Better than we expected and the room was ready early so we could get a doze after travelling overnight. We were also able to leave our luggage in the B&B while we went to Pompeii. Then it was a 5 minute walk to our cruise ship which was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The aircon was a little bit noisy but overall we would recommend Hall Inn. Thanks 😎

Great location near the port. We arrived at Naples airport and took the Alibus directly to the port. The property is only 3 mins walk from the Alibus stop in the port. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms. The property was very clean with lovely touches like complimentary bottled water in each fridge and coffee pods for the machine at reception. We had a good day exploring the city and eating pizza. The next day our destination was Sorrento, so we just walked 3 mins to the port to pick up a ferry. Really recommend this place.

Great location just across the road from the Cruise Ship Terminal and the Ferry Ports, the Bus Stop for the Alibus Airport Shuttle is also just across the road. Easy to access, 5th Floor so be aware, there is Lift/Elevator but its .10c each time to use it, I didn't, I used the stairs Room is compact but functional, modern and clean with a refrigerator with complimentary water and coffee pods. Overall perfect for a Stop-over or a couple of nights, maybe too compact for a long stay

The space was sooo clean and nice! And the host was very helpful when I was confused!

The only thing I will tell people is that the elevator requires 10 cents! I’m not used to that as an American, and I had multiple bags due to traveling so I wasn’t able to take the stairs in this case. Luckily I had some change on me, otherwise I would have had to ask the front desk or something. Just a heads up!

Staff Antonio was very nice. He even gave me a lot of information about the city,, restaurants and bus and trains. The room was very clean. Caffee and water were free for me in the room. The place was close to city center. The rest room apwas clean annd the bed was comfortable.

Sometimes you need to pay for elevator.

Great locality just few steps to historic centre. We used this accommodation for one night between our stay in Ischia and day of travelling home. So we could easily walk from ferry and then took the alibus to airport - as the bus stop is also near the port - everything less then 5 minute walk from the inn. As I said the location is just excellent for travelling but also for exploring the main monuments. Everything was nicely cleaned and newly renovated. Comfortable beds, fridge, air conditioning, window shutters and spacious bathroom…. Everything you need for a city stay. There is many great cafes and bakeries nearby so you can enjoy a nice breakfast there as locals do. Communication with the owner (manager/ …) was on watsup and he even shared some tips for restaurants and sights. It’s a self check -in/out system, which for us was a big advantage, as we wanted to leave earlier. We received some codes for doors etc - owner sent us instructions with pictures, so nothing to worry about. everything worked perfectly.

The room is kinda small, but I believe that whoever is visiting Napoli don’t want to spend a lot of time inside accommodation:). We had a great time and definitely would recommend/ revisit this stay.

Lovely and clean with daily fresh towels. Is about a 10mins walk from train station and very close to the port. Not much of a view out the window but it doesn't look out to the main road so it is mostly quiet.

Neighbours were occasionally noisy. Elevator requires 10c to use during specific hours. Would be good to give that information to guests staying.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Coffee pods were provided for an espresso. The host was really helpful and provided links to tourist attractions and places ro eat. We were due to embark a cruise the next day, so although the area was a bit noisy (the windows blocked this out), the room was just a short walk away from the cruise terminal, which.was perfect for us.
