The location is perfect for anyone taking the ferry from Naples — it’s right across from the port. Parking in the area is not easy, but we found a great option: Urban Parking at the port, just a 400-meter walk from the apartment. It was one of the few garages in the area that didn’t require us to leave the car keys, which was great. At night, the neighborhood doesn’t feel very welcoming for walking around, but during the day it’s lively and full of energy. It’s about a 10-minute drive to the historic center. The room was comfortable, with a good bed. The host reached out with clear instructions, making the check-in process smooth and easy.

The location is prime and it’s the best place to stay at next to the port if you’re travelling to the amalfi coast or positano or capri. The host was very kind and contacted us well beforehand about the property. Entry was very smooth and easy. The bed was very comfy.

However the shower was broken. It was filled with black mold at the bottom half. It can be cleaned easily with vinegar but we only stayed one night and could not help the host. The shower would not drain, so I had to wait 1 minute for it to drain as the floor had mold too. Then restart the shower very cold waiting for the water to start. Then suddenly it’s very hot and the floor started not draining again. Repeated this 5x. So I took a frigid shower and barely got off the soap before giving up and going to bed. In bed, I found hair that was brown and red as well, so not mine. I slept the entire night in my outdoor jacket. Bed was comfy though!

The place was well located with most activity required or eating & shopping in close approximate. Staff service was always willing to help when needed. Great initiative by staff as we needed transportation to airport at 4:00 am & he set up a taxi for the ride at very good rate.

There not enough storage or place to store or hang close. It is very hard to take a comfortable shower as it's small & curtain are always in the way.

The room was clean, small but comfortable. I was impressed with the staff members who were on duty 24/7. The old lift was reliable each time Nice to have a small room to meet with other visitors and have coffee/tea and pastries always available.

The accommodation was difficult to find. Even a local shop owner was unsure.

Naples is a very busy city and this gorgeous place is an oasis of calm in that hurricane of activity. The room is beautifully appointed, very modern and spotlessly clean, the air conditioning a dream , quiet and more than efficient! The location is great, very close to the Port with restaurants nearby but what made the stay all the better was the remarkable Claudia, who was amazing! She went to great lengths to help us in any way and showed endless patience in answering all my questions. We are so grateful for her. I would highly, highly recommend this place!

The accommodation is a suite of six rooms within a large complex of mixed use buildings. The room we stayed in was well maintained, modern and light, with an on suite and balcony. The view was of the building across the street so we didn’t use it much but it was nice to have the in/out flow. WiFi and air con were both excellent. There was a kettle (bring your own brews) and a cooler. The rooms are served by a single corridor of similar standard with a security door leading to the rest of the building. The rooms were cleaned and serviced daily. A voucher was provided for breakfast at the cafe on the corner consisting of a hot drink, fruit juice and pastry, all of excellent quality. We were very well looked after by the lovely Claudia who was around each morning or could be contacted by WhatsApp. Check in was a bit tricky as we had a late flight and for some reason our phones wouldn’t connect. Location is fairly central near the docks and within walking distance or easy access to a number of major sites Info and tips Its worth knowing in advance that the rooms are called Napoli Live Suite rooms. Once you are through the first security door you need to take the lift in tower A (to the left) to the 6th floor and the suite is on the left as you come out of the lift If you intend to see many sites buy a 7 day Artecard. It’s costs 34 Euro but the first five sites are free, thereafter half price. It can also get you to the front of the queue at some sites. The sites we visited would have cost 56 Euro without the card. Suggest you buy online in advance and then take a screen shot of your QR Code. The trams, buses, veniculars and Metro all use the same ticketing system. Buy a stack of single tickets from one of the stations or a news stand/shop/kiosk. Or a day pass if you intend to make a lot of trips in one day. To visit Herculaneum, Pompeii and Versuvius take the Circumversuvista train from Porta Nolana station.

The room was new and clean. Antonio was incredibly nice — he not only accommodated all our requests, even the most unexpected ones, but also took the time to give us plenty of helpful tips and recommendations for our trip. His kindness and attention made our stay truly pleasant. I would highly recommend this place to any friend, especially to those planning to catch a hydrofoil to Ischia the next day — the location is incredibly convenient.

The owner responded quickly as this was a last minute stay on our way to Capri due to flight delay. Check in was pretty easy with straightforward instructions and it had secure doors at the entrance and it had a lift to the B&B. The owner recommended to have late dinner at Castelnuovo, a half a block away. It did not disappoint! If you mention you’re staying at Napoli Live they give you a small discount.

The location is wonderful. The surrounding port area is noisy but the location of the hotel is very quiet, a true oasis. Claudia is very helpful and most pleasant. The room was sufficient and very clean.

It took a while to find the place but that could be because of us. Both my friend and I are used to kettles in a hotel room but it's ok without anyway. The elevator is old and is coin operated at certain times but that's ok as we were supplied with 5 cent coins. So actually, there is nothing that we did not like! We will certainly recommend Napolilive and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Nice clean room handy to the port and to the metro system. Walking distance to the hot spots of Naples. Good communication from the hosts. No issues with the lift (others have commented about the .05E charge). During the weekend that is free so didn't affect us.

Could possibly look at replacing the shower curtain with a glass door. Curtain tended to either stick to you or let water out onto the floor. No big deal though, manageable for us
