It was close to port and shuttle bus from airport stops across the road of the apartment. Back to airport, the shuttle bus is across the road. The apartment is spacious and has a nice big window with the view of the port.

Only that no TV stations in English language on TV.

The apartments are very good. Recommendations. In a good location, the admin is kind and helpful, a beautiful view from the window to the harbor and the castle, the room has air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator. Nearby are: grocery store, subway, night food, excursion buses, boats to the islands, bus from/to the airport. Everything is very convenient.

The apartment was very good.

What we didn't like was that one of your receptionists made us miss our flight. She booked the taxi which didn't come.

Stayed here at the beginning and end of our round trip to Ischia & Procida. Everything was as we expected and are very sattisfied with our room with amazing views on the harbour and sea and the castle next to the building. Very comfortable beds and nicely insonnorized rooms as next to a busy traffic point, of which you wouldn't hear anything at night. Good communication with the staff prior to our stay and good indications on how to find the building. Yes in order to use the lift you need a 10 cent coin, but they are given by the reception staff at check-in or any time you need more of them, so why complain about it. For us it was the perfect location and a good size room with very comfy beds. Even cleaning and technical staff were very responsive: our coffee machine stopped working and in 5 mins we had a new one. Definately would stay here again.

Nothing - if to be picky, the toilet is too close to the wall for the bigger size people, but that's only a personal detail.

A nice place to stay especially if you are taking a ferry ride from Naples. The room is nice and big. The staff and bed were good. The hotel is just across the ferry terminal. There is a nice view of a historical Fort opposite the hotel. Metro station is close by to walk to. We took a ferry ride to Capri in the morning and train to Rome in the evenining to this was a perfect location for us. The hotel held the luggage till the evening. Downstrais we found an Indian restaurant in the same building which had good food. Our ferry to Positano was cancelled so we took the ferry to Capri. It was turned out to be a good decision. Capri is very beautiful too. If you visit, go to the top and visit one one the historical villas. Spectacular views all around. As with many hotels in Italy the hotel is one of the tenants in a big historical building. The address will take you to the main gate of the building and then you need to call the front desk to get inside. Make sure you can use your phone/whatsapp to call. I tried using the intercom at the gate but it didn't work.

Room is very modern, high ceilings, in almost all white marble pattern tiled decor, good size with a huge couch long enough to nap on. Location is convenient to the port and metro. Staff very friendly and helpful. Simple breakfast is included which was a surprise - you get a voucher for a coffee and pastry at the cafe around the corner as they didn't have the facility in house. The coin operated lift is quite interesting - reception will provide 10 cent coins as needed.

Hotel is not listed on the directory at the entrance to the building, nor is the sign at the reception which is confusing. Seems that the place goes by several different names - including Babylon and Tiffany. A few things in the room could use some repair - the panel on side of the spa tub is loose, and the door lock sticks. For what you get it's a bit overpriced at over 200 euros.

Staff responded quickly, they were super nice. The elevator takes 10¢ at certain hours of the day so it was really kind that they offered us some coins. They also offered us some water , coffee & tea in our room. They came to clean our room the next day which is great. The room was very modern & newly renovated. Bathroom and bed were both great and the room had a mini fridge. Location and view were amazing .

We had booked a apartment which was in another building, this was not ready as we arrived early so we left our luggage at reception and went and toured Maples, when we went back to check in we were told they had upgraded our apartment which upon entering it was out of this world. At the end of a 2 week visit to Italy was very relaxing

Can’t say enough how incredible this location was. It had restaurants and shops nearby, but we could walk straight to the ferry dock to take the ferry to sorrento, positano, etc. Our room had a fantastic balcony, a large sitting and dining area, as well as a full kitchen. It was a fantastic stay.

The property was a bit difficult to locate, and we had to pay to use the elevator. Our room was on the 6th floor, so it was kind of silly to have to shell out a few euros each time we wanted to leave, but honestly we never minded

Great location for both the city and for the ferries to Sorento / Capri etc. (short walk) Easy to get to and lots of good restaurants nearby. The room is newly refurbished and very clean and comfortable. I had a view from the 6th floor over the bay of Naples and the ferry port. Good AIRCON which worked well. I was due to arrive late and the reception was very helpful to get me checked in.
