We stayed here for one night on our way to the Amalfi Coast, and chose it for it's close location to the ferry, which was a very walkable distance with our luggage. The place was clean, spacious, accurately represented in the photos, and the bed was comfy. The self check-in procedure included photos, which made it very easy.

The room is in an apartment, and the walls are pretty thin, so we were kept up by someone talking in another unit in the building all night long, and you could also hear the traffic on the street.

Excellent location for our trip and great service received from the staff. The cleaning lady met us at the entrance when we arrived and although she as off work she took the time to take us to our room. Our host Diego was very attentive and accommodating.

We found the shower space small and a bit difficult to move around.

Good location, close to the port and the city center. The host provided us with all the necessary information and helped arrange luggage storage after check-out. The breakfast was simple but nice at a nearby cafeteria.

The area is very noisy, and you can hear it all night through closed windows.

The room was very clean, the bathroom as well. It was well equipped and its located right at the port and is a great starting point for discovering the city. We did a tour of Pompeii and Vesuvius and the pick up point was very close to the apartment, which I found very covenient.

The walls are thin. If you are a light sleeper dont forget your ear plugs.

Was near the port and you can visit the city easily. Also the room was good and comfortable, and also the two small bottles in fridge for us

What I liked most, was the room cleanliness, everything (from the armoire, till the linen) was extremely clean and perfumed. What's more, I found all the linen and accessories I needed for my stay. Finally, its location is perfect to get to the Harbour in a few minutes walk.

If only they had offered me having late check in, it would have been perfect!. Even though, they had given me all the instructions I needed to have self-check - in, so having late check- in was easy!

The air conditioning worked well, although it was only in the bedroom. The host was communicative. The room was very clean. The location by the port and alibus was perfect. It is also close to many good restaurants.

The deluxe double room I stayed in was very good. It had a couch, bathroom and bed. Small apartment style. Very good value for money. Good location, about 10mins walking from Toledo Shops and 5 minutes from the metro.

When we arrived very late in Naples there was a taxi strike so there was no way for us to make it from the airport to the hotel. The hotel was instrumentally helpful and was able to coordinate someone to come pick us up very late and bring us to the hotel. The hotel is very close to the port where you can access Ferries to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The room was clean and spacious. 10/10 recommend! Bonus: When I was in Naples later in the week after a trip to Capri, I was at a different hotel (because this one was booked) and there was a taxi strike but my new hotel was unhelpful in helping me get to the airport. I contacted B&B Il Porto and again they helped me coordinate getting to the airport amidst the strike. I am endlessly grateful!

Diego was a great host, thank you! Location is great. Close to the ferries. Shower was great. Bed was a bit hard for us. A wee bit of noise too, but it was to be expected due to the busy location. Grazie.

The breakfast (coffee and a croissant) wasn't what we like for breakfast, but we understand that it is how the Italians do it :)
