Unique experience in a wonderful hotel: modern design, tastefully decorated with art objects in a perfect location to walk and experience the city center of Naples, bar and restaurant on the top floors with pool-deck and stunning view on Vesuvius. We especially loved the breakfeast, which was offered Menu-style and was inspired by their Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse - a big difference to the regular buffet you normally get. I also need to point out the comfy beds with thick comfortable bedding! Staff is extremely and uniquely friendly and attentive - no matter who you talk to, you will always be greeted with a smile! The front desk team was also very helpful with helping to organize around our activities on a very short notice. It was a perfect stay for us as a family!

The hotel was very nice, the front desk staff were very helpful. The manager was helpful dealing with a problem with noise.

From the rooftop bar you can see Vesuvius and the bay of Naples BUT in the area in front of the hotel is a six lane busy and noisey road, two tram lines, a car park, a lorry park, a derelict building, a working port loading and unloading ferries all day and up to four cruise ships.

I loved the spa and gym

I was disappointed that the pool was closed. Should have lowered the price as a result. The shower didn’t work The control panel unclear- lights, curtains, room service??

Gorgeous, luxurious property. Very clean rooms, great pool and spa facilities included. Our interconnected rooms had three toilets and two showers!

We had an interconnecting room with our teenage children. The bathrooms/toilets had frosted glass. There was not much privacy when using the shower. Would have preferred a separate bathroom with a lockable door.

This hotel was full of lovely staff and in a great location. The food at breakfast was absolutely incredible and the spa is one of the best we’ve ever been too. The cocktails were also delicious and the rooftop pool was really cool. It was amazing staying here and I would happily come back again.

This hotel was a wonderful oasis in such a busy city as Naples. The rooms were beautifully designed and felt luxurious. Also the staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

I would like to have seen more fruit options at the breakfast buffet but apart from that there is great choice and the food tasted delicious. The rooftop pool area is quite shaded during the day but the view of Vesuvius is fabulous.

one of the best hotels I have ever had the luck to try. the strand was excellent... the room was perfection, but what was overwhelming was the art and decor. wherever your eyes went there was something amazing to see. great art and sculpture: great japanese artifacts... traditional and modern art seamlessly blended together. the best Cactus Garden I have ever seen... an Amazing breakfast.... just a true one-of-a-kind world class facility.

there was not one thing that was less than exactly right

The service was excellent in all departments, but we would single-out the front of house team and Carmen Pinto as being particularly attentive and helpful - they really exemplify the courtesy and the kindness that we experienced in Naples. The lay-out and decoration of the room was excellent. The buffet breakfast was both extensive and great quality. Great views of the port and bay of Naples.

There were no negative aspects at all.

Everything, especially the gym and spa. Was pleasantly surprised that you can get Maldivian level massage there.
