The location next to the port, metro, and places within walking distance is exceptional. The apartment was spacious, welcoming, and met our every need. Staff was extremely helpful.and responsive, even letting us store our luggage before and after about arrival times. Great food near by...the La Lazzara restaurant behind the building is wonderful.

There was a hard water issue we battled for a couple of days, but the team was very responsive and quickly took care of the issues, even on a weekend. It may take some time, but showerhead maintenance could really improve the bathing experiences and it's one of the pictures and selling points.

I arrived early and they were able to prepare my room quickly so I didn’t have to kill time. They helped with my luggage and checking in was very easy. Within feet of several restaurants. Trattoria Castel Nuovo was very good. Bufalo with cherry tomatoes was amazing. Easy for taxis to find. Enjoyed the bottle of complimentary Prosecco!

Not having to insert a 10 cent coin to take the elevator. However they gave me coins to use.

lovely new studio apartment, the location to the port was important for us.

it appeared on Booking.com as a hotel with multiple rooms. unfortunately, it is a bnb, with no breakfast,in a nondescript old building with no sign on the outside. in fact the name of the establishment appears nowhere. Taxi drivers knew nothing about it and had difficulty taking us to the building. it was disappointing that here was no view of the castle or a spa bath as the advert led us to believe.

Very good location close to the harbour, where I needed to catch Alibus for airport. Big room, very comfortable bed!! I have slept in the most discomfortable bed in my rental house in Ischia, so I do highly value a good, ergonomic bed. Room had wonderful view on Piazza Municipio, but was quiet since the windows and doors were better than average. Very secure feeling inside the room, a sturdy room door with very good lock. Very good staff, helpful and easy to reach. Grazie mille!

It can be a bit difficult to find, cos don’t except any hotel building. It is located in an office building. There is a portier downstairs during office hours, but you have to call to the hotel to guide you to the right floor. In the evening the right building can really become difficult since the entrance is closed and it looks like completely different location. Location is still safe, don’t worry.

Our hosts were very helpful and willing. The room is special because of the jacuzzi and sauna. Very relaxing after a long city tour. The historical city center and attractions are very close. The subway is on the next corner. The ferry port is opposite the apartment.

The environment is noisy.

The location is great. It nears to Metro and many restaurants. The equipment and interior are great, including refrigerator and the coffee machine. The staff is friendly and give us informative info.

To me the serious issue is water from the shower area is easy to leak over to outside, so you need to find some clothes to absorb the leaked water from the bathroom. The surrounding location is quite busy, therefore it would be better to turn on A/C, unless you get disturb from a very loud noisy from the street and restaurant, including mosquito.

Location was perfect for visiting the major attractions and also very close to metro and Alibus (airport shuttle). Historic district is a short walk and the view to bay and castle are perfect.

poor wifi service. Reached out to hostess, but did not receive a response. However, it was New Year's Eve, so we understand why we did not receive a response. It's also possible they did not receive the message. We tried resolving the problem ourselves, but could not find the router.

Room had a great view of the castle and out over the water towards Capri! We were right next to a metro station as well as being literally across the street from the passenger ferry to Capri! It's great to either visit Capri or meet tour groups for other points around Napoli. We've been outsmarted by keys a lot in Italy but the staff were very nice when we called to have them help us unlock the door. Don't forget dimes for the elevator during the week if you want to use it!

We had a bit more street noise than we anticipated into the night but nothing awful. I think it might have been from loading a car ferry as all the traffic was going one way. Just something to be aware if you are a very light sleeper - bring earplugs & you should be fine!

Excellent location. Room was clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Great view. Close to cafes and restaurants. Just few minutes by walk from the Port and train station. Special thank you to Monica and her team who was very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend staying at Covo degli Angioni to family and friends. 10/10.
