Lovely staff comfy bed clean & modern lovely view from hotel.

Hotel had a shuttle which was very handy as its tough at the end of a busy day walking up the steep hill!/steps. Could have done with the shuttle operating 8-10pm instead of finishing at 8pm. That would have been the icing on the cake.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really went above and beyond. The views from the rooftop pool were fabulous and the food delicious. Our room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle service offered was also a great addition.

Accessing the property from the town while not that far away, is a very steep incline walk and would not be suitable for someone with accessibility issues. The walk is very tough however it is still quite close to the town. We had wished that the rooftop bar at night had a better atmosphere as it was just very quiet with few people there which is a shame because the views and the food were great.

Friendly informative staff, nothing was too much trouble, great location, shuttle service excellent. Breakfast was good, especially the cappuccinos!Bar area was a nice relaxing space to sit and drink a cocktail in the evening.

Only negative was the bedsheets felt too small for the bed and were uncomfortable as they came loose when you turned over. I would have liked a kettle for my 6h30 cup of tea in the morning while I’m waking up, and a box of tissues and maybe two glasses to have a drink of water as the plastic ones were not nice to use after 6 nights use. The spa pool was too cold!

The view of the north-west facing rooms and the rooftop bar/restaurant was perfect. You could see all of the bay of Naples and sunset from the balcony and rooftop bar. The food was really good. The roof had a small pool (not large enough for swimming) which had a great view and was very comfortable on the hot days. The train station was only a 15 minute walk away.

The morning scrambled eggs were variable in quality. Walking to the hotel required persons to go up steep roads or steps, however, that is the nature of the steep towns in the area and the prominent views from the hotel.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help us in every way possible. We were brought up from the station within a few minutes of arriving at Vico equense station. I highly recommend you take advantage of the suttle to the station when arriving with your luggage. Most of the other times we just walked. As the other reviews stated the hill is step and can be tough in the August heat, but we were fine with it. The hotel is in a very quiet area, and had a good choice breakfast. We had the family room which was clean with a good minimal design. The food and the view on the top floor restaurant and bar are amazing and well priced, you should try it at least once during your stay.

The staff on reception were so lovely and helpful, as were the cleaning staff. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but the lady who checked us in showed us around and offered us a welcome drink which was a nice touch. The view from the rooftop bar is stunning!

The room was a little basic and disappointing for the price. There is a glass panel between the shower/toilet and bed but you can pull a blind down, it’s just a little unusual. Drink prices at the bar are extortionate. The restaurant was ok - lacking in atmosphere and service was hit and miss, the female waitress was good.

Such a wonderful hotel, friendly staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. They were helpful with train and bus times, excursions, shuttles to the station, and a smile every time they greeted you. The hotel is up a steep hill (about 10/15 walk to station) but the shuttle service from the hotel was brilliant). Rooms were spotless and comfortable, and we had the most amazing view from our balcony. The roof terrace is lovely but we were out sightseeing so much we sadly didn’t get time to enjoy these facilities. It was a perfect location to visit the Amalfi Coast - trains to Sorrento and Naples (stopping at Pomdpei).

Nothing! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a lovely accommodation located in a quiet little town just a few kilometers away from the lively center of Sorrento. The location was peaceful and well-connected, with easy access to the train line that takes you directly into Sorrento and beyond. Our room was simple, with a small bathroom — nothing fancy, but clean and functional for our stay. One downside was the drink prices, which were quite high, especially at the rooftop bar (similar to what you might find in Amalfi). A big shout-out to Marioto, who made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. On the day of our departure, he even prepared a small takeaway breakfast for us, which was a thoughtful touch. One thing to keep in mind: the taxi ride from the hotel to the train station (about 800 meters away) cost us €35, which felt quite overpriced for such a short distance.

Staff welcoming, knowledgable and helpful made for a good stay - thank you. Location at top of hill a climb but great view. Plain but clean accommodation and good value. Location worked well with busy train link around Naples bay and boats to Amalfi coast, Capri etc.

Evening food good although choice might benefit from wider selection if intend to eat there every evening. Some god restaurants in the town. Breakfast served in pleasant area and good offering.

Wonderful Stay with Delicious Breakfast and Amazing Staff! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh options that made each morning a real treat. What stood out the most, however, was the super helpful staff. Every request we made—whether it was for extra towels, an iron/steamer, champagne glasses, or dinner reservations—was fulfilled quickly and with a smile. The team's attentiveness truly made our stay feel special.

The only downside was that some of the bathroom elements felt a bit outdated. The hair dryer could use an upgrade, and the sink didn't drain properly, which was a minor inconvenience. However, these issues didn't overshadow our overall positive experience. We would definitely stay here again!
