Excellent location, very clean, all staff are friendly and very welcoming. We arrived early and left late , and our luggage was stored for us free of charge. Breakfast is preordered the day before for a time that suits. Nothing not to like. Customer service is excellent

Nothing , there are 80 steps up to the apartment , in sets of 8-10. We were aware of this before booking so for us personally it wasn’t a negative

The MAIN Municipio is a property in an excellent location at the port. It is situated in an old building but has a modern decor with fresh clean interior. METRO nearby to get to main Garibaldi train station for day trips to Sorrento and Pompeii. Great view of castle and port from our window. The staff are so welcoming and bring breakfast to the room at agreed time. Staff contact you before arrival. Cool refreshing drink / coffee offered on arrival. Alibus stop nearby to go to airport at a cost of 5 euro.

Appreciated the small free bottle of water daily but it would be nice if one per guest.

We spent new years eve here The place is spotless and clean right on the center for tourists so it's safe to travel around in peace The hosts Giovanni and Salvatore were so warm and welcoming The breakfast is delivered straight to your room in a time you choose (until 10:00am) and is superb and fresh Make sure you are fit because the place is in the 3rd floor with no elevator but!!! They help take up the laugage for you so once you checked in its not so bad😃 Parking is available in different parking lots next to the place at a cost and need to be reserved, So make sure to talk to Giovanni before Overall would definitely come back next time I'm in Napoli!!

Our host, Giovanni, was wonderful! Not only did he stay on site until we arrived from the airport (near midnight) but also met us downstairs and carried our bags up the many stairs. Giovanni was very accommodating throughout our stay and breakfast and morning beverage with ample choices was brought to our room each morning, anytime between 7:45 and 10am. Giovanni also carried our bags down the stairs at check out - what a champ! Location is great, walking distance to the more tourist shopping area and close by the metro with a quick ride to the historic centre.

Loved this hotel! It's right in the center of Naples and super close to the port, which was perfect for my day trip to Sorrento. You can walk to tons of sights from here. The place has a cool, old-school vibe, and the front desk folks were amazing. They pointed me to some great local spots to eat and helped me find the best walking routes. Every morning, I was treated to a fresh breakfast delivered right to my door, complete with a variety of fruits—it was a delightful way to start the day. Also, I absolutely loved the oversized SPA in my room! It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in town!

Incredible location. Beautiful building; this boutique hotel has exclusive use of a floor. Unparalleled views of Maschio Angioino, from a picture-perfect balcony, and unbeatable proximity to the historic centre of Naples. Sincere staff - very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Pristinely clean, with modern but tasteful decor. Excellent smart TV and A/C. Superb lighting. Generous supplies of towels and toiletries. Powerful hairdryer. Very snug bed and surprisingly quiet at night.

1. Slowly draining sink needed attention - shaving was messy. 2. The windows needed a clean - the nighttime view was concealed by grime on the balcony doors.

The location was a convenient 5 minute walk from the harbor, close to the promenade and the historic center. The staff communicated with me on a regular basis before I arrived in Italy, making sure I had all the information I needed to get a taxi, find the apartment and get my bags up the 3 flights of stairs. They were especially interested in my arrival time so they could help me if necessary. Upon arrival I was offered a drink, checked in quickly, asked about my journey and asked about my breakfast preferences. They were so polite and welcoming, which I appreciated after my long flight. Because I was only staying one night I chose the single room which was perfect for my brief stay. The room was immaculate, efficient, with sufficient towels, bottled water and a mini frig. The most surprising thing was that the room was silent during the night so I was able to fall asleep easily with no disrupting noise. In the morning I was brought a nice breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice (delicious).

The room smelled a little stale when I first arrived. But after running the a/c for a few minutes the air was fine.

The manager was attentive with great communication from the moment I made my booking. I was arriving late in the evening and he was waiting to receive me. It is very small and cosy, not quite what I expected but their service was exceptional. Breakfast was delivered to my door, on the dot, at 9am as requested. I often need 1 night stay in the city and with this location I will be back.

Beware of the stairs, very European and not for everyone. The manager gracefully carried my small hand luggage up and down for me. It is not suitable for large suitcases.

What a wonderful property and staff. The location itself is prime as it’s less than a ten minute walk to Naples port. My room and bed were small and quaint which was perfect as I’m traveling alone. Giovanni went above and beyond and was incredibly accommodating. I flew in really late and he met me at the property to let me in and carried my bag up several flights of stairs. He was very communicative and helpful before and during my stay. Breakfast was included- very basic, but several options including a gluten free muffin. I highly recommend MAIN.

Nothing- just note it’s up several flights of stairs if you have issues with that.

We stayed 1 night before going to Capri and one night before going back home. Now about the review, where to start?😊 Even before our trip, the exchange with Giovanni & Giovanni was smooth & fun, and meeting them and Salvatore 'live' was just great! What a wonderful team, super helpful, friendly and professional, they go above and beyond! The accommodation was just perfect, the view stunning and the beds and pillows... we wanted to take them home😀. If we could give a rating beyond 'exceeding our expectations', we would. A big big Thank You to the team for taking such good care of us, we will be back🌞 xoxo Veronique
