It was a lovely surprise to walk into the room - thought it would be small, but it wasn't. No view but this is in Napoli city, so a view of buildings / other apartments is to be expected. Loved the bathroom. And the window shutters.

Breakfast was just scrambled egg and toast which I guess is sufficient. The reception / breakfast area could do with a tidy up.

I had the room with Castle view. A nice big room with an amazing ensuite type bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower. The hotel is situated on a busy street but the noise isn't a problem at all when balcony door it closed which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff was very friendly - the receptionist was so helpful when I asked about places to visit. She recommended loads of good places and I that was without me even have to ask which tells you how good the service is. I would definitely recommend!

The selection of breakfast for vegetarians could possibly be better but that wouldn't stop me from staying here again

Perfect stay! Absolutely loved the birthday package for my boyfriend’s birthday ❤️ the baloons & candle were such a cute touch to the room with the spa bath & castle view😍 would definitely stay again! Stayed here as part of a multi trip, this stay was part of our Pompeii trip ❤️

The staff were lovely. Leah, Nino, and Roberta were very helpful and saw to our daily needs, from cooking breakfast to cleaning the room. They kept us right with our faltering Italian efforts and brought a smile to our faces each day. Francesca and Maria were happy to give advice on places to visit. They were also happy to chat when they had the time. The location was excellent..very close to metro station Municipo, which gave us easy access to everywhere. Quite a few little restaurants around that area too. Cakes and drinks were available at reception. Drinks were made by reception staff.

The hotel was quite difficult to find initially, but once we knew the location, it was easy. There was a consistent smell in the bathroom that didn't diminish no matter how much the staff cleaned it. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, however we were offered drinks when we were there, and we borrowed a kettle to make our own.

King Room with spa and hot tube. This room was in the heart/teeth of the city. It was very clean with tile and new bathroom fixtures. Cleaning service daily, Breakfast super filling and good. Staff very friendly.

Difficult to tell what you where getting. Later we found out that all of the amenities listed don't necessarily go with every room. We thought we were getting kitchenette but only found out when we were in the plane that it wasn't available in the room we chose. It was noisy a few nights because it is right above a lounge. However the staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant.

The stuff is friendly and helpful, English speaking. The breakfast was really good and served directly to our room. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi and free Netflix.

We have found man underwear in wardrobe. There was a small kitchen in our room, but we have found building materials under the sink. The waterfall and corners of bathtub were covered in mold.

The woman who helped us was amazing; there was a gentleman who also served us a small cocktails while waiting for the room to finish being ready.

The shower was not working and it was very difficult to shower with the waterfall feature. We were not told prior to checking in. The location was hard to find, after we were dropped off there was only a small sign and a lot of stairs.

Beautiful modern room in a lovely location on the ‘cleaner’ side of Naples. Good value for money and a great breakfast is offered.

The photos showed a table and chairs on the balcony which we were looking forward to, to have a drink outside or eat breakfast. When we arrived there were no chairs or table - the staff said this is because it is too dangerous? We asked for some chairs but they were uncomfortable and didn’t fit the balcony if you sat on them, and too high so felt more dangerous than regular armchairs - I wish they didn’t advertise the pictures with the chairs because it was a disappointment for us and changed our evening plans which were originally to have a sundowner on the balcony. It also meant that we had to eat breakfast in the bed - we didn’t mind, but if we were staying more than a night I would have preferred somewhere else to eat breakfast, e.g. at a table.

A great little apartment with, finally!!, an air conditioner that worked properly. The staff who greated us was kind and curtious, the breakfast on the balcony was lovely, the jacuzzi was enjoyable. A bit expensive but at least you got something for the money you paid.

Great location near restaurants, taxis, port, sightseeing. Very comfortable room, access with elevator, great free breakfast, helpful staff, luggage storage before and after check in/out.

We selected the hot tub bath, but it was a little difficult getting in and out of to shower. Do not recommend for older people or those with limited mobility. No walk in shower.
