Hotel is located near the sea marine and city center is almost 20 minutes away by foot. The bus from the airport stays near the hotel so its easy as well to return back to the airport when you leave. The room was clean and tiddy. We had a tv with various italian channels, some of them had english language and italian subtitles. Room was spacious, and the view from the terrace was amazing and breathtaking. Free wi fi was also a plus.

Now this only a minor gripe, the marine bay is near and daily a lot of cruisers are coming and going. This can be heard in the evening as well. Plus the traffic is also loud as well. So maybe if you want a rest this won't be your cup of tea. Paying for elevator was also a weird thing.

The hotel was really good for the price, and mostly it felt like home because the staff was very kind and helpful with every situation. Specially the receptionist Simona and the other lady and also the house keeper sophie. Thank you all.

Perfect location: Daily trips meeting point 1 minute walk, airport shuttle 1 minute walk. Good breakfast restaurants and cafes nearby, all of them with reasonable prices. Few minutes walk from via Toledo and metro station. Room: furniture is okay but no drawers, evetything is clean and new (we had the apartment on the 8th), balcony door could be improved to soundproof because we could still hear the siren. Wifi very good, code door lock a bit hard to open. Double shaders, perfect! For elevator use you have to pay weekdays morning and afternoon but we were offered 5 cents at the reception. Weekend, evenings it is free. View is fantastic! Big balcony

Everything was as I expected so no suprise for me.

I am very satisfied. The room has air conditioning and a mini fridge. Both saved lives during the summer. Great cleanliness and comfort. The receptionist recommended a restaurant in the area, which became our favorite. The reception is on the 6th floor. It is worth knowing that the elevator operates with a 5-cent coin during the day. We received the gate and door codes and during our entire stay there, we walked independently in and out,we did not meet the staff. Close to the airport Ali bus stop and the port.

I missed a kettle, I like to drink my first coffee in bed in the morning. But there is a coffee machine in the corridor.

Great location near to the port, the Metro station and city centre just a short walk away. Modern room with a modern bathroom. Large balcony with amazing views from the 8th floor. Helpful, kind staff who all spoke English.

A little bit of noise from the corridor and the street, but this can't be helped. Staying in Naples is like staying in NYC... You don't come for peace and quiet 😀 Check out at 12pm would be great for night owls like me but you don't find it very often in Italy so no worries.

( Naples - Italy section) Tremendous sunrises over Mount Vesuvius and of cruise ships. Taxi rank nearby and hot food at small cafes in local area. We liked everything

Alex was a superstar! My partner and I had a delayed flight and were unable to get the last ferry to Capri, therefore having to book a last minute stay next to the port. Out of rushing and just wanting something 'cheap' I booked the first hotel I could find with availability, and not really expecting anything spectacular BUT, we were pleasantly surprised. Firstly Alex went above and beyond and stayed well beyond his hours to ensure we checked in, he was very informative and quick. He made it all very easy and stress free. Upon arrival, we were a little worried as the area (at midnight when we arrived) looked slightly dodgy, but, once inside the hotel and in our room we were extremely happy and surprised. The hotel was very clean and modern, it had views over the port from the balcony and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel especially based n the special service given by Alex.

The location was great, the room was clean, everything was very nice, sockets and switches near the bed on both sides, the bathroom was very modern spacious and nice, the stuff was very helpful and nice, they really tried to make your stay as good as possible

I had a double twin bed that had two mattresses and during the night if you ended up in the middle you could fall between the mattresses, which was not very comfortable

Hosana, the receptionist at Bella Capri was superb! Despite not having fluent English, she went above and beyond to help us. We had a late night train and she arranged to keep our bags for the days as we were on a trip away from Naples. The room itself was clean, particularly the bathroom which seemed very newly fitted. Instructions on how to access the building erected went well in advance and were clear to follow.

The stairs! Walking up 8 flights of stairs many times a day because you don’t have a 5 cent count for the lift gets very annoying very quickly.

Location was absolutely excellent, near everything. The room was spacious and had everything we needed -- although the lack of a mini fridge was noticeable. Overall a great choice for tourists visiting Naples.

Lack of mini-fridge, a bit noisy because the port is right across. Then again, Naples is noisy everywhere.
