Clean, very well placed, very responsive and helpful host

Breakfast. Only choice of basic coffee and 1 very basic pastry. We wanted something a bit different (kids don’t drink coffee !!), and had to pay 14 euros on top for a more appealing pasty and some hot chocolate for the children. Don’t position it as a B&B if there isn’t a decent breakfast.

Flat optimally located, very clean and with good amenities. Check-in was very easy, and the instructions were shared the day before by whatsapp in great detail. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect. Host couldn’t meet us at check in as we were delayed due to the train. She did send me very detailed and easy to follow instructions on how to get in with key codes etc. They were very accommodating with extra pillows, but didn’t replace the towels when they cleaned. We had to use our towels to wipe up the floor because the shower doors didn’t close and we flooded the floor. We had to reuse those towels we wiped the floor with. At this point we didn’t want to complain anymore so we just rolled with it.

Incredibly hot in the rooms. no air in common areas. The lights are on a timer in the kitchen and hall and they kept turning off on us while we were eating. Air conditioner barely blew cold. finally after asking she told me how to turn it up to blow colder. but it only works for 10 minutes and then turns off. No air in the bathroom and it was like a sauna in there even with the window open. First night we spent in the Miyagi room. Twin bed in there is very uncomfortable. We moved to the Atzra room and that twin was much more comfortable.

Location and very clean! Also the host went out of her way to help us. Very easy to communicate eith and very responsive

We stayed with 2 teenagers and a quadrupple was very tight for the 4 of us.

sabrina is very helpful in answering questions how to get to the property and also in booking us taxi to airport. breakfast is good enough too ( not a heavy breakfast eater) and just a walk from the property. the property is very clean. location is great near Toledo train station and a walk from the port to see Capri or Amalfi coast.

The Room was top located, clean and modern, we felt like at home :). I would say, the best location to all Important points in Neapel. Metro is only 2 min far. we had all things what we need. The best point is, that we had a top contact to answer all our questions. My most important point was to park my car safe and nearly. We got direct a top Adress to give them my car for 2 days.

Very good and clean room. Helpful and polite owner. Really close to the main street with stores and not far from the d'Ovo fortress.

The location was excellent close to the Spanish quarters. The room was very clean, staff was very attentive, quick to answer.

Only problem it can be noisy at times since your hear the noise from the rooms next door and upstairs.

Great location and easy self-service check-in.

For three people slightly small, but manageable for one night. Walls are thin and you can hear people walking in the corridor, could be really annoying if other people would arrive from partying.
