Guantai 30 B and B is fantastic accommodation while in Naples. It's close to the ferry port, we were able to walk with our luggage to the B and B when we arrived by Ferry into the port. Our host met us at our ETA which was wonderful, as we could drop off our bags and freshen up. The B and B is close to the Spanish quarter and Toledo shopping street, busy bustling areas with great restaurants, bars and shops. The historic quarter is a short walk too which we loved. The B and B is extremely clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was welcome in the July heat. Our breakfast was great. Our host was very kind to help us order a taxi to the airport on the morning we left, which helped enormously. Highly recommend the stay there

Great location, very central and felt safe. Our host was lovely and really friendly, going out of his way to welcome us and help us to plan our weekend. Breakfast was simple but tasty too. There was even a view of Mount Vesuvius from our room! Overall great value for money and would definitely recommend a stay here.

The shower head was slightly broken so the water pressure was not the best and there was a water tank in the bathroom that made a loud noise whenever the water was running which made us feel bad if we were showering in the evenings. However, this did not impact our stay significantly and it would not stop me from staying here again :)

Host was amazing and so hospitable and kind. Host frequently checked in on us and gave a lovely breakfast of croissant and juice. Room was very comfortable and always clean. Fantastic view from the living area and gorgeous facilities. Couldn’t fault the property it was excellent and the host was superb!

We had big trouble finding the property - we arrived after a very long tiring travel day and our taxi dropped us off near Guantai. My maps was showing me the area of the B&B but not exact location- not very well signposted but this may be for reason. I tried calling host but my Italian is little so we couldn’t communicate. I ended up asking a restaurant who was luckily next door! Also- I don’t like elevators (my issue) but be aware it’s 8 steep flights up. Fine if you are ok with lifts

The good rating on every single platform speaks for itself ! Everything was outstanding, and this is mainly thanks to our amazing host (Patrizio, I think? ) - He’s been looking after us every morning, treating us with a lovely breakfast (huge cream filled croissant and round bread, coffee/selection of tea, lots of little jam and Nutella squares …). - He speaks at least 3 languages (Italian,French and English) and did his best to accommodate us throughout the whole stay - Offered to help us with our activities organisation (bus/train , advice on where to go or not) - Bedroom was spotless on arrival, and then it was cleaned every day . The bed was so confortable too ! - The location is perfect . 5-10 min walk to almost everything (including bus stop/train station to go to vesuvio and pompei !). It’s in a safe part of Naples too . We walked at night and it’s a touristy part of the city, so crowded and with security in place . - The lift costs 5cts but that’s ok as at the BnB entrance there’s a pot with lots of 5cts coins, guests are free to use them. - Finally, when I asked what would be the best way to go back to the airport, our host offered to prebook a taxi for us at a fixed price (low price compared to a normal taxi fare) and the taxi was there 10 min early and made us feel stress free on our way back which is much appreciated My partner and I are planning to go back to Naples next year as we loved it so much and we would definitely stay there again if it’s available . In the meantime , I will highly recommend to stay in this BnB to anyone travelling there (couples, friends etc) (The photo is the view from the lobby , with the volcano in the background )

Honestly … nothing ! Some people mentioned the lift which is a bit old fashioned, but this is out of the BnB control as it belongs to the building. Thanks for a good stay !

Near the Port so walkable and the Host was ready to meet us. The property was light and airy and the room large and comfortable. We were glad of the aircon which was good and it was also very quiet. Patricio was super helpful regarding what to see and do in Naples

The lift was very quirky and small. The bathroom was also quite small and had a step up to it which was potentially tricky.

Guantai 30 has lovely hosts. They are very accommodating and friendly. We only stayed one night, but the room was exactly what we needed- a comfortable space to shower and sleep. The host recommended a restaurant right outside of the apartment building, which was delicious. It was pouring rain, so we didn’t get to explore very much. We enjoyed spending the evening in the common area of Guantai 30. It is so quaint and decorated so nicely. There was no one else around, so it was as if we had an apartment in Naples to ourselves. The view from the common area is beautiful. The breakfast pastries in the morning were delicious.

Patrick, was the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble. He helped us immensely by preparing an itinerary detailing places to visit and directions and recommending suitable, local restaurants. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. This was a perfect place to stay for our four night break and we would definitely stay again if we visit the area.

Using the lift was an interesting experience

The accommodation is ideally located. Very close to the bus terminal to and from the airport and very close to Via Toledo the most commercial street in Naples. The owner of the accommodation very hospitable and helpful. Definitely if I were to visit Naples again I would choose this for my stay.

Breakfast was very basic. It could have been a bit better with more options.

Fantastic host, great location 5 mins walk to metro stations, clean and tidy, comfortable Beds, secure rooms and location. Restaurant on the doorstep with nice food and cheap.....Will stay again.

Breakfast could be more interesting, just bread, needs more choice ,fruit, cereal or meat ect

Brilliant location, really clean and the shared lounge area was also beautiful with a good view of vesuvius. The host was very friendly and couldnt do enough to make sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, from being flexible with an early check in to making us a breakfast before a busy day of sightseeing and excursions. This was the 2nd time i have stayed here and i will be returning on my next visit to the city. Thank you Guantai
