Spacious rooms located within walking distance of Toledo Street which is one of the major shopping and dining areas. Also very close to several landmarks. Excellent staff. Breakfast was amazing which was served on a rooftop terrace with a view of the city and the port area.

We love the location of this hotel in the top story and roof terrace of a 5-story office building near the Piazza Municipio, the port, Castel Nuovo and the Spanish Quarter. If you are staying in Naples after a cruise, it's perfect and an easy walk from the dock. The Spanish Quarter and the city can be a little daunting if you are not used to the busyness of a chaotic but vibrant city, but the hotel is on the outskirts. It's only a 2 block walk to the Via Toledo and all the restaurants and shops. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. The staff if helpful and pleasant, and a bonus is the roof top terrace which we were able to take advantage of this time due to warmer weather. Breakfast was served on the terrace. Would love to return someday.

The property was clean, inviting and central to everything. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would certainly stay there again🌺

upon arrival, I had difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel. The hotel need better signage.

The staff and service were excellent. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The rooftop patio with jacuzzi was excellent for enjoying a cold drink after a day of sightseeing .The location is perfect for what we were looking to do in Naples. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

My only criticism would be the tiny hot elevator to access from the street which was painfully slow and can barely accommodate a few people with luggage.. minor criticism only of an otherwise excellent hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to visit Naples. It's a small hotel on the top floor of a building in a corner of Piazza Municipio. The entrance and elevator are very unassuming, but the hotel itself is beautiful. We had a good-sized, very comfortable room with a small balcony overlooking a quiet street. The buffet breakfast on the roof was very nice with a great view. Don't leave your food unattended as the birds may swoop in to help themselves - otherwise they won't bother you. All of the people working at the hotel were very friendly and helped make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect. It's a short metro ride from the main train station. The main shopping street of Toledo is a block away and Piazza del Plebescito is about 5 minutes away. There are many restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. The port is about 5 minutes walk away. One day we did a ferry trip to the Island of Procida, which we really enjoyed.

Loved the rooftop terrace, with gorgeous views of Vesuvius and the piazza below. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they accommodated our every need. Comfortable room which was made up every morning to a high standard. The air con was INCREDIBLE! TV had a range of channels in lots of languages too. Location was ideal for accessing restaurants, bars and cafes, and was only a stone's throw from both the ferry port and the metro line so we were able to travel easily to close islands and around the city.

Jacuzzi looked dirty and could do with a clean, so we didn't end up using it.

Great, central location near a Metro station. Friendly and informative staff who welcomed us warmly with a complimentary glass of prosecco. Delicious breakfast on the rooftop. Clean and bright room and interiors. Really enjoyed the glass of Prosecco in the rooftop hottub!

A nice short stay in the city center. The room was very stylish and quite comfortable. I liked the view to the Piazza Municipio. Breakfasts were very good, with a variety of items for every taste. The rooftop terrace is worth visiting for its panoramic views (and you can enjoy a hot tub if you like). The staff is very competent and helpful. We loved the location of the hotel, right in front of the metro station, next to the Galeria Umberto I and Via Toledo. Despite being in the city centre we enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay. And there are many good places to eat nearby, you should definitely try out the restaurant right under the hotel.

We stayed for six nights in January. The hotel is on the third floor of the building and in an excellent location for sightseeing. Great proximity to shopping, food, and historic sights. We felt very safe walking all over that area of Naples. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. They helped arrange transportation from the airport (about a 20 drive). The included breakfast has a nice variety. We relaxed in the rooftop hot tub and appreciated the thoughtful decor of our room.

The room was a bit cool (for us) the first couple nights so we asked the staff to turn on the heat for our room and that helped make us much more comfortable.
