There are hidden gems in Naples, certainly when it comes to food, and the Residenza Molinari Suite is in perfect walking distance to many great restaurants. Explore a little further and do yourself a favor and visit Storica Salumeria Zinzi (fantastic sandwiches & good people!). It was highly convenient to public transportation, both to get around Naples or to go on daytrips to Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast or Capri. We had two rooms for a family of 5, (with three teenagers) and it was safe and quiet. Our kids particularly loved the very unique and very Italian elevator. The staff was very friendly and I was highly impressed by the young guy who checked us in. His English skills were very good.

The location is good. The room is clean. The service is also great.

The hot pressure isn’t high. There is no blanket in general facility.

The accommodations we selected did not provide a breakfast but that wasn’t a concern for us. We arrived around 12:30 and were able to check in early. I didn’t get the name of the guy who checked us in, however he was very polite and accommodating. We needed an extra blanket and asked for one before we went to explore. We came back and the blanket was there. The room and linens were clean, and the location was excellent. If I go to Naples again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay the again.

The key situation was a little weird. You need to insert a key in the wall to turn in the electricity in the room. We just took that key off the key ring when one of us left the room and the other stayed in.

communication with the owner could be much better. although communicating our arrival in advance there was no one to welcome us and we got instructions how to enter only after we called. the same with departure - late response. we were helped by the cleaning staff (who spoke italian only).

We only stayed one night but everything was super clean and the AC was working. They accommodated early check in which was really nice and the location is a very short walk from the train station.

Instructions to get into the building were unclear and not sent until the day of- and at check in tome which was a bit inconvenient considering we needed a code to get in and a key for the door. But overall everything was smooth, I would stay here again.

Perfect location, next to “Via Toledo”, “Galleria Umberto I” and “Piazza del Plebiscito”. Staff very helpful and always available.

A bit of noise during the night. Not so annoying.

Great location. Shops and restaurants are nearby and so is the sea. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The host was helpful, kind and ultra responsive.

No clean up during the stay No toilet paper when we arrived soaps where being used.

small but immaculate modern room in a beautiful old building, with decent size wardrobe, mini fridge, comfortable bed, desk, and lovely bathroom. excellent location - views of Vesuvius from the street, a few minutes walk from the Metro, right in the centre of shops, bars, restaurants, and the quartieri spagnoli. spaccanapoli a few minutes walk away. absolutely fantastic!

Luca the manager was incredibly helpful and went out his way to help book restaurants and make suggestions for places to visit. Will definitely return next time I head to the Amalfi Coast!

The rooms facing the road are very noisy with rubbish trucks between 5am - 6am but that is in part Naples!
