I was a little sceptical because of the reviews about the elevator, the check in etc.. but it was all for nothing! The check in really is in the other hotel but we found it without a problem, the elevator is historical and it costs 10cents per ride but the receptionist gave us coins to use it for free, also they let us to leave our baggage there because we were too early! Thank you so much! And the room was amazing, we had a feeling that we sleep in a room back in centuries, the view to the gallery is amazing, room cleaned every day, everything was perfect! It’s true that it is not a soundproof but you are in a very old building and this comes with it, bring earplugs and everything will be fine.

The location was right next to the shopping area, tourist attractions and tour bus and Pompeii shuttle bus. The room was spacious clean and better than in the pictures. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.

You need a 10 cent coin to operate the lift when you go to check in initially at the associated 4 star hotel. We had arrived from abroad and had no local currency, luckily a lady helped us who happened to be there. Also there is a WhatsApp number to contact the staff while you are staying but no one told us at check in.

Amazing location in the very centre of Naples! Rooms are very beautiful and comfortable, with lots of art pieces hanging around. Feels like living in a museum. The personnel is very kind, available 24/7.

Check-in process is a little difficult, as you need to first get the keys from inside the gallery, which is hard to find. However, once checked in, everything is great.

The property was so perfect, we loved our little terrace. It felt so private and peaceful but we were so close to the busy area. Every thing you need is in the apartment. Loved the open plan layout. The host was amazing communicator, so happy and very quick to help. Everything was perfect, we stayed for a pre-wedding holiday and it was exactly what we wanted, romantic, quiet, vibey local area and somewhere nice to rest. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was clean and comfy.

The pictures are confusing because are mixed with the ones from the hotel. So be aware of that. The entrance is next to the Galleria and you have no view to the galleria, at least not from our room.

The location is perfect. Suites was nice and clean.

No informattion how yo registrate in the room. We should calll and apears that the receptikn is in another building where the elivator is payable. ( with all luggges to 4th flour)

The location is great, the room is clean, with the huge private balcony. The air conditioner is working great. The Internet was working well. Check-in is in Galleria Umberto on the 4th floor!!!

The location and the size of the room that we got was huge. We had a 500sq yd huge balcony with the iconic Italian arches overlooking the promenade.

The check in procedure was quite cumbersome, we had to go to one building all the way to the top floor along with our luggage to collect the keys for our room which was all the way over to the other side of the street.

Room is located in the middle of the Galleria Umberto I. When you enter the room is like you get into a palace. But is even more incredible when you open the window and you notice you are in the middle of the gallery. with a outstanding views. You are located in a perfect place to go walking everywhere. Even close to Beverello harbor where you can visit the islands. Room confortable with all amenities,

If you want to have breakfast you have to change building and go to the hotel Better to have breakfast around. You have plenty of good places.

Great location (though as with most of central Naples, it can be a bit noisy at night). The Galleria Umberto is very grand. I cannot comment on the breakfast

The wifi was great on the first evening, but largely unusable the next day - so mixed!
