The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, with everything just a short walk away. It was a bit tricky to find at first since the hotel name is written in small letters, but once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The building itself is beautiful and has a very local charm. Our room was spacious, very clean, and cozy. In one of the rooms, the wardrobe placement wasn’t the most convenient, but it didn’t affect the overall comfort. The bathroom was great — modern, spotless, and well-equipped. We really appreciated the communication before arrival — we received all the instructions via WhatsApp, which made check-in super smooth and stress-free. One lovely bonus was the coffee and snack machine at the reception — available 24/7. In the evening, we made ourselves some coffee and enjoyed it on our balcony while watching Naples light up. That moment was unforgettable — quiet, cozy, and full of local flavor. The hotel has a warm, welcoming vibe and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home and would definitely come back again!

The only small issues we had were that the hotel was a bit tricky to find at first — the sign is quite small and easy to miss — and in one of the rooms, the wardrobe was placed in a narrow corner, so it was a bit hard for two people to use it at the same time. But honestly, these were just tiny things, and they didn’t affect our overall experience — we still really enjoyed our stay!

Very good place! We are in a quiet location in a busy city. The room is large and tall, with dry and wet areas separated. The bed is large and comfortable to sleep on. The balcony opens to a very lively neighborhood. Here you can feel the enthusiasm and beauty of Naples. I highly recommend staying here to experience the local customs. The soundproofing of the room is also good, and I slept very comfortably. The location is excellent, and it takes less than 30 minutes to walk to any attraction. There are many restaurants and dessert shops around, which left me with a very good experience.

Everything was really good: location is exceptional; staff is super friendly; helpful and kind. The room was very spacious and we even got a free upgrade! I will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay, though it's not a 10 out of 10 review for two minor aspects: We got a free upgrade a "suite" category. We felt so privileged! Though, we felt like the room was not an actual suite. It looked more like a "superior". What im saying is that had I booked for a suite I would have been disappointed. Also, the breakfast is decent and you have all the basics, though there is a bit of room for improvement. That said, these are only suggestions and I loved our stay.

Warm welcome and everything explained well. Great location, clean, spacious room with all facilities required for a short stay. Breakfast options were great. Complimentary water, hot drinks and pastries at reception was a nice added extra.

The bathroom sink filled up quickly without the plug closed - there was a lot of hair/piece of foil/normal dirt which gathers in the pipes - I managed to unblock it, but this could be added to the cleaning schedule. There was still some hair in the shower drain from previous guests. The plug on the bidet was faulty and water drained away when trying to fill it. Just this extra attention to detail would make it 100% The Nescafé self-service coffee machine was disappointing - I expected Napoletana style coffee, but I know it was complimentary.

It was lovely, immaculately clean, very kind & friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, a coffee machine at our disposal with pastries whenever we wanted a coffee, herbal tea, hot choc, cappuccino etc: we also had a fridge & kettle in the room. Really nice shower gel & a fab spacious shower too, lovely touches like dressing gown and slippers showed that they did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I give it 10/10.

I couldn’t fault it - it was wonderful

We loved this accommodation but it was somewhat challenging on arrival as it's on a busy street right off a pedestrian area in the heart of Naples near the port. There were some guys from town trying to charge us money for stopping the car in an open parking spot to unload bags--felt a little nefarious but we didn't pay and they left us alone. That said, the staff were super helpful in getting us in the door, the facilities were absolutely beautiful--great room, lovely breakfast room, beautiful coffee, candy, cookies and snacks in the small lobby--and we would absolutely stay here again.

It was perfect all around. The neighborhood was a little crazy but to be honest, that's really just Naples overall. The hotel was beautiful.

Everything was perfect. Upon check-in, we were surprised with an upgrade, and the suite was spacious, comfortable, and amazing. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of everything, even steps away from the marina for boat trips. I loved the welcoming touch of cakes, biscuits, and coffee. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety. The whole place felt so cozy and warm that it truly felt like home.

Everything is perfect

I stayed in Room 13, the room was beautiful, modern, high ceiling, elegant French window and spotlessly clean. The bed was cozy and the pillows wet perfect. The location was amazing, the terrace is lovely and the breakfast and staff were truly excellent, just like in a five-star hotel. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect nothing I didn't like.

Location was ideal for the city and transport links by sea and rail to sightseeing options. Room was very clean and comfortable. The little balcony with views onto via Toledo was very nice and the excellent double glazing and shutters made it totally quiet. There are loads of great places to eat in easy walking distance. The bathroom was very contemporary with a great shower. Staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Wifi is excellent. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Great hotel and location (it was about a 20 - 25 min drive from the airport) , the room and bathroom were spacious which made our stay very comfortable and we loved our window view of the busy streets of Naples. Whilst we were close to all the action, the room location provided peace and quiet. The location was very convenient as it was a 10 minute walk to Naples port to catch our ferry for our trip to Positano. The location also made shopping and food very accessible as it was close to all the major shops (zara is just around the corner) and food was plenty which allowed us to explore on foot. Staff were extremely friendly and thoughtful. We had an early morning flight on our last day there and the staff packed a breakfast pack for us to go which was so lovely (Thankyou!). Bonus points that on our level there was a coffee machine outside our room which provided unlimited access to coffee, tea and yummy cookies. Will stay here again :)
