The location of Salotto Toledo is excellent. You can walk easily to all the tourist attractions in a matter of minutes. Also, there are alot of excellent restaurants neraby, and the location is very safe. The room itself its really calm, with a terrace with a streetview where you can hear the city waking up. The cleaning service was also excellent.

The only thing that I did not like is that they did not offer a cleaning service.

The location is truly exceptional, perfectly situated in the old part of the city along Toledo street. Everything one might need is conveniently nearby, including a restaurant with amazing food on the same quaint street and an ideal bar. The room features a charming balcony overlooking the picturesque street, allowing one to bask in the authentic sounds and aromas of Napoli, reminiscent of a scene from a movie. The room itself is delightful, tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable ambiance. Additionally, the gentleman at the reception was very cordial and hospitable.

Under the "what we did not like" category, there was nothing to report. We were pleased with everything and had no complaints.

Salotto Toleda is a nice and quiet place to start even though it fronts the Main Street and some units above a noisy bar. The entrance to the this airBnB is a little scary and unkept but once you look past that, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. As we came from Rome in the late evening, the staff contacted us through WhatsApp messages and provided us with check in procedures and was extremely helpful and directive. A very decent place to stay for the price.

It smelt a musky but it was better after some room spray

Salotto Toledo was a GEM of a find!!! The facilities were beautiful, super clean, and very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect; we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The local vicinity had so many options for dining. And the best part of all was our host, Ilaria. She was positively delightful, and we enjoyed all our conversations with her. She was also very helpful with suggestions and made our stay top-notch.

Not a single thing!

Amazing location, less than 5 minutes away from the Royal Palace, Castel Nuovo and other sights! Everything felt very clean and the room was refreshed every day with clean towels, making the bed, etc. The furniture & decor felt modern and aesthetically pleasing. The self check-in instructions were very good and easy to follow. The staff were very attentive and offered us to change pillows (since I'm used to smaller ones). Great value for money.

Absolutely in the center of everywhere we wanted to be.

It was a bit difficult to find as our taxi just kind of tossed us out. The gentleman on the desk found us and that was great. Only thing I don’t know how we would have gained access through the locked gate. I didn’t see any intercom for contact with the front desk.

Fantastic location, overlooking Via Toledo and on the fringe of the Spanish Quarter. Surrounded by shops and multiple restaurants. Our room had a small balcony that overlooked Via Toledo (all 8 rooms have balconies - two on Via Toldeo and six on the narrow side street). Despite overlooking one of the busiest streets in Naples, the room was quiet due to the modern double-glazed doors/windows. Within walking distance of Toledo and Municipio metro stations. Within walking distance of the historic centre. Spacious modern room with highlight lighting (even alternating coloured lights above the shower) Good wifi

The offer of car transfer from Naples Central Train Station for €25 each way seems overpriced. We travelled by taxi from and to the station, and each time the metered fare (with extras for luggage) came to €15.

The room was very large and comfortable. Located in a perfect location close to everything. We felt very safe. The bed was very comfortable. Although the room's balcony faces Via Toledo it was completely quite. There is a metro station (line1) very close by. The room is equipped with a cattle and a small fridge.

Hotel facilities and room were rather new and in good condition. Bathroom was also new and very well working. Location was near Gallery Umberto I and big commercial street of Toledo. Coffee machine in lobby was also nice. Also there were locked space for bags to leave after check-out when sightseeing. After getting guidance mail there were three electric lock how to enter room at late time - so actually rather handy.

Receptionist for 24h would have been nice. But guidance after receptionist left the hotel at afternoon was anyway good.

The property was so close to the Spanish side of the city and only a sort 20 minute walk to the Greek side of the city. All the shops were so close. Great location! The air con was welcome! The room was cleaned every day. Super stay!
