Very cosy and clean room. Good beds ensuring good sleep. Nice bathroom with shower and bidet. Own air condition. Own fridge and capsule coffee maker. Nicely sized TV (only Italian stations, but you can cast from smartphone). The owner runs a restaurant just vis a vis which is splendid. B&B is located in Spanish quarter, only 20 steps to very bustling Via Toledo and close to Harbour. Restaurants and mini markets all around. The area feels quite secure. Good base location for exploring naples, metro stations within 5-10 minutes walk, bus even closer. Furnicular to Vomero/ castle San Elmo very close. Galeria Umberto just around the corner.

Not related to this B&B but to Naples: Noisyness of neighborhood, especially scooters. You have to know that this central location is in a busy area and it will be no quiet stay. Also, taxi or pick ups can not bring you to the doorstep as it is a pedestrian area, you will have to walk from/to a meeting point. In general, this is no issue unless you need a walking aid. I was surprised how dirty and unkept Napoli is. This does not apply to the rooms in this B&B though, they were fantastic.

Great area to stay in Spanish Quarter, restaurant, Shopping, Mini mart, sightseeing, walking distance to Port for ferry day trip to Capri and Sorrento. Room clean, in room breakfast, coffee pods and pastries (plastic wrap) Nutella and jams, orange juice, WiFi, secure, great air-conditioning. Umberto our host was great/fantastic with communication and requirements needed, early storage of baggage ok.

Studio was a little noisy with neighbours coming and going in court yard area including scooters being parked but that's just Napoli, check out on Monday unable to store baggage as restaurant not operating, Umberto gave options but found tour booking office at Port 5 euros per bag ok. Studio not located at advertised address (restaurant) but located 8 minute walk through Spanish Quarter (taxi drop off not available being pedestrian area). Studio shower outlet requires replacement very poor performance also not very much hot water (not enough to last entire shower).

The location is great, right at the end of the Quartieri Spagnoli connecting with Toledo street. Our room had a window facing the street, which was beautiful to see how the city wakes up in the morning, but can be a bit noisy if, for example, dogs are barking outside. The breakfast was already handed in the room, so you're giving flexibility to have breakfast whenever you want. It consists in some coffee capsules, confectionery products, milk and juice.

The entrance door is difficult to open, you need to play around with the key to manage and open it. Also, to open the bathroom you the keys because it's only accessible through the common space. It would be great if there would be a different system like cards or a code locker to open both doors, so you don't need the keys.

The property is at perfect location easily accessible with various transportation options. Good restaurant options available nearby. Host was responsive and help us checkin after the checkin window as we arrived late at night. We just need to inform one day prior to our journey so that host can arrange someone for us to get the keys and late checking charges are applied 25 Euro. The room was clean and provided with the snacks and coffee maker. Overall a good stay

It was central and easy to walk to places. We only had 1 night in Napoli but this location allowed us to make the most out of our night. Taxis could easily pick us up from the accommodation. The host was amazing with communication and helped us find the meeting point when we got a little lost. He made us a coffee and gave us clear instructions! 10/10 recommend staying here

The locals are loud unfortunately

The facility was very close to the center, we really liked the location. The staff was pleasant and waited for us to arrive on the street, because we did not have internet. Thay let us leave the bagagge in the lobby after check-out. We had free breakfast in the room.

Even though the toilet was private, it was external. There weren't bright lights, so the room was darker than usual. Some of the sockets did not work.

It’s very central and clean.

Shower hose needs a change. There was more water coming out of the hose than the shower head. Also the shower drainage needs some attention. Drainage was slow. Other than these, everything was great.

The location of the accomodation is very central, the host is very kind and helpful. The room was clean.

The bathroom does not open from the room, but from the shared hallway. It was okay for short stay, but something that was not obvious from the description. The breakfast was very limited, prepacked croissant and cookies, 1 juice for 2 person. The coffee was nice though.

Very good location, close to all the main attractions.

We were a little bit disappointed with the breakfast and we suggest the owner to change the shower handle. Otherwise it was okay.

The localisation was great, we were in the centre of everything i guess, The owner was very helpful and communication was great. Rooms were clean, I was told that Napoli is dirty but not this apartment! :)

It was a little bit cold in the bathroom but it is because there wasnt radiators What is normal in warmer countries. It was not a problem.
