The property is in a great location, nice and lively but also quiet enough to relax! The room has plenty of space, a comfy double bed and a bunk bed, loads of storage, amenities and overall it’s very clean - at a great price! If you’re visiting Naples for a few days, this place is great and close to all attractions! The staff were super friendly and responsive. Breakfast is also included via something called ‘cappuccinosmart’, each day we got a pastry and a coffee at a local cafe where the staff were so friendly! Always a great start to the day! 10/10 place for the price and would highly recommend if you’re looking to explore Naples 😊

Super location, amazing array of restaurants in the narrow hills of the Spanish Quarters. Spacious room and a soft bed. Sure it's worn and not fancy, but it's great value for money and great location especially for foodies.

A few flight of stairs and a dodgy staircase might be unpleasant for someone.

Central location. The staff was very responsive and solution-oriented.

Our family room (including the kitchen) was very dark. There was unpleasant sewage-like smell all the time. There was not enough cutlury (knives, forks, spoons) and many of the plates and cups were dirty. The rooms are located on the 3rd floor in a typical old building in the center. Prepare yourself to climb in a qiite steep and narrow staircase.

Loved the location. Beautiful views from the balcony. Comfortable beds. The communication with the staff was great. Easy self check-in access. Plenty of restaurants and museums nearby.

A basic hot drink station, like kettle, cups, tea/coffee, was missing. No basic kitchen amenities. There was an enormous noise coming every time after using a toilet, it was from the so called toilet mixer as it's been explained. It was really disturbing at night and in general.
