Mecla Suites are in a great location. Rooms exceptionally clean and welcoming. Tea and coffee and minibar are available in the room. Ensuite bathroom luxurious. View to street below. Beautiful sound of churchbells nearby on Sundays. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast in room each morning includes warm pastries and fresh coffee. Location is perfect for San Carlo Opera House, ferries to Sorrdnto, Piazza, Metro , restaurants , bars etc etc. Great value for money. Would highly recommend , can't wait to return.

Great location - 2 minutes walk to the main square. Very clean and neat - comfy bed and shower/water pressure was really good. Breakfast was nice (warm pastries) but basic - they bring to your room, no general area.

The wifi is not great - kept looping in and out. Also was had a little difficulty getting in but once you are in, it’s very easy. The sign isn’t that noticeable so keep an eye out, you will also need a code to gain access. We had an early trip booked whilst there, so asked to have breakfast at the earliest time of 7.30 which was agreed & confirmed, however on the morning it was not ready/available- so we had to leave and not have anything to eat for our trip - quite frustrating.

Great location, very clean, new facilities, helpful stuff.

There was very bad mobile connection inside the building and the wifi was not working well. We were really struggling with the internet since both data and wifi were very poorly working. This should be fixed since it is very important. That is why I gave 8, otherwise it would be 10 for me.

Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants, monuments and squares. Also close to Metro lines but walking to destinations takes almost same amount of time.

The location was excellent you couldn't have asked for more central place. I loved all the black and white marble and chandeliers. The entrance and the Elliott was in was a little funky but once you got inside to the sweets it was completely delightful. The pastries were amazing

There was construction going on right outside the door to the building.

The shower is HUGE! The bed is a KING size. Super modern and clean. Room service breakfast was good. At 1st, I was worried about the self check in, but after we figured it out, everything was great.

Fast check in/check out process. Simona at the front desk was very diligent and friendly. Very spacious and clean room. Beautiful bathroom with jacuzzi. Ideal location, just 1 minute (walking distance) from Piazza del Plebiscito.

The room was located at a very busy location, so we didn't need to walk far to reach the restaurants and shopping street. Although the street below was very busy our room was very quiet so we slept well. Also the airconditioning kept the room cool so it was not a problem that it was very hot outside. The bathroom was nice, the shower was very spacious. Breakfast was served at our rooms and they were very punctual, we requested breakfast at specific times because we needed to leave in time for our tours.

The staff was friendly but they spoke limited english, but with the help of Google translate they could still convey the message. Even though you didn't really hear noise from the streets you do get some noise from the hallway or other rooms.

Breakfast was at a set time and was brought to our room. Pastries ,orange juice ,short black & coffee. Perfectly located short stroll to ferry terminals.

Close to everything. Very comfortable and clean. The staff packed us a breakfast snack as we had to leave early for our train

There was no way to contact anyone during an emergency or problem. The staff was only on site for a few hours daily.
