Great room size and decently clean! You could ask to wash towels and if they can accommodate, you could wash your clothes. Lift has lovely soundtracks, the first time in my life that I see a lift with music, my child loved it! We were on the 5th floor, Napoli room, big window (faced the stairs), double bed, a couch that can be used as a single bed, and a medium sized bathroom. I didn't meet the owners/host but whenever I needed something, they were prompt to reply and really nice. Cleaners were really nice too and always there in the morning to arrange new rooms.

The decoration behind the bed, is mostly sponge material, so, it can actually be really dirty and not sanitary. A couple of hairs in the bathroom sink and shower, but nothing major, I cleaned with antibacterial wipes, no bothered to ask them to clean for only two hairs.

Cheap and great location

Hard to find anyone if you have a problem. Bed duvet were very smelly and couldn’t find anyone to ask for a different one

Great communication and very safe and secure location. We were able to leave our bags after we checked out but went on a little tour. The room was clean and nice. Nothing overwhelmingly great, but a decent place to sleep for the night!

Very good location , safe area and close to the main touristic attractions, a lot of places to eat. Cleaning was ok, a cleaning lady was coming every morning to empty the bins and to bring toilet paper ( not for cleaning the floors or the bathroom) The communication with the reception was good

The room was very small, almost no furniture in the room. The pictures are quite deceiving. In the pictures it looks like the kitchenette is the room ,but in reality it is in a little hall and is for all other rooms. Again, based on the pictures I thought was a small apartment, reality was a small room No toilet brush in the bathroom, we were 3 adults using the toilet, so it was a bit uncomfortable

great location - lots of shops/restaurants great self check in - very smooth clean - exceptionally clean responsive host - helpful and super quick has a lift - a very fun one a place to leave luggage

the bedroom had small window that connected to the communal area so a bit noisy the walls were thin and could hear other guests the spa - at a cost

Very good location, very close to many restaurants, shops and walking area. The apartment has a smart lock so you can check in and check out at any hour.

The room did not really have an outside window. The window was in a sort of inside court of the building, so there was no natural light. However, if you don't spend too much time in the room, it's manageable.

Wonderful central location. Showers are amazing. Like all the tech in the modern room.

Central location = a bit of noise at night, provide earplugs or bring your own.

The location.. the aircon and the safety of the room was really nice having own door code .. it was close by everything and the communication was fab if had any problems

That the big shower head wasnt working in room so had to use hand held one but that was fine.. and also didn't get any fresh towels on 6 day stay

Helpful staff and well facilitated rooms and common area

It’s a bit long walking in a pedestrian area where we got refused by the taxi driver to get closer to the address

Hreat location and price staff very helpful good jumping off point for any holiday plans and good acess to public transport
