Giuseppe was clear with the instructions and gave us proper directions to the apartment, so it was not difficult to find the location. We lost one of our backpacks on our way back to Naples airport. We thought we had left it in the apartment but he immediately sent us the footage on time so that we didn't have to run back. I can't appreciate and thank him enough for his immediate effort to respond in such a desperate time. the room was extremely clean and modern, absolutely loved it. We were leaving early for the next day, and he made an effort to give us some breakfast to grab and go was nice too. It is close to center, that is the highlight, everything you are looking for is not so far away.

to be honest Breakfast, it was quite a letdown. It was more cakes and sweets. Don't get me wrong, I like sweets but in the morning that much sweets is hard to eat, I just wished there was something savory, even a plain croissant and some eggs would have been nice. I hope he can take that suggestion into concern, then this place gets a 10 :)

A newly renovated hotel in a historic building- very clean and modern. The lady assisting during breakfast was extremely kind and helpful. My room was beautifully cleaned throughout my stay. The area felt safe, with many shops and restaurants nearby. It's also close to the metro and the port, which makes it very convenient.

The room was a bit small, but possibly due to addition of a third bed to accommodate three people. The elevator is a bit old, and the main door from the street to the courtyard shows its age- but that's part of the charm. It's locked at night, which adds a sense of security.

The room was very clean and pretty, the view from the room on the street was really nice, the building with the inside yard was cute and had a lot of plants, very good location, all things neccesarry nearby (port, sights, groceries, souvenir shops, musical events, metro, cafes and restaurants, also a beach, but very small and quite full:)).

The breakfast had pretty disappointing options, only sweet things and due to the price we expected more.

Absolutely everything. This is a hidden gem in the middle of Via Chiaia. For me the best street in Naples. Quick easy access to everything and a street packed with shopping and food and drink places.

Nothing at all. I seen some reviews about poor water pressure or issues with bathrooms. Ours was perfect. zero complaints. Perfect in every way. Will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Convenient and nice location. Large rooms with all the essentials. Everything was quite fresh, clean and comfortable. Separate thanks for the staff member who came to prepare our breakfasts and was very kind and helpful with all our questions and requests! Definitely recommended!

Surprisingly it looks just like the photos! Was clean, smells good, really nice place! Our greeter/host was very nice and very available for any question we had even before arriving. Very recommended.

The shower door was a bit jammed and couldn't close completely so it gets a bit wet, but really by an inch, small maintenance problem.

The guy at reception was very nice, extremely helpful and kept the place pristine. It was the cleanest hotel we ever stayed in. The breakfast was great each morning. We got up late the last morning and the guy at reception prepared some croissants for us which was a nice touch.. The location was right in the centre of everything very safe and easy to navigate from. Would definitely recommend this place and we will hopefully stay again.

Everything! It was super clean and much better than the photos. From the photo we thought it might be tacky, but the real property is super nice and very well decorated. The host was a little bit introverted, but friendly. If you messages him, you might think he is cold, but I think he is just a shy person doesn’t talk much. But when you meet him, he is nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! A lot of options and good quality. The host made us a good coffee, and left us to enjoy our breakfast, and later came out ask if we want another coffee. Staying in this property, rules can be a little bit strict for people who is too relaxed, such as eating is forbidden in the room and you need to keep quiet in the evening, which is totally fine for us. We think we should appreciate such a nice property.

It’s not about the property. In the morning, 5am something, a truck will come to take away the bins on the street, you might hear it. I woke up but fell asleep again.

Rooms are well arranged and designed with good taste and good equipment. The location is excellent, right near the city center and main attractions.

We had great trouble finding parking. The b&b has not booked spots in advance, so we needed to search for half an hour. Breakfast is a bit poor, mainly based on pastry (cakes).

Really nice hotel in a cool and safe area of Naples. Spotless. 70 euros a night. You can't go wrong with this place. Run by Giuessepe who is a gentleman. Enjoyed the breakfast. Toasties, muffins, tea, coffee, orange juice etc. You can get the bus to places from here easily but there is also a taxi rank at the bottom of the road if you are feeling lazy.
