Location Location Location. Right within the Historical centre. Right next to Restaurants, Sights, Bars, Shops..The convenience of this apartment hotel cannot be overstated. 3 Mins walk to the hop on Hop off buses, Tour buses etc 12 minutes walk to the harbour to catch ferries to amalfi, Sonatano, Capri. 10 Mins to the Metros, Taxi to Napoli Central Railway station are 4 mins walk away as cars are not allowed on the street. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. Marianna of the front office gave me good advice on booking train tickets then helped me book train tickets to Rome. the other staff were all so helpful and polite. This is a 3 star aparthotel and all the basic amenities are available. Clean spacious room, Hot water, towels.

Location was excellent staff were very helpful and explained the workings of the aparthotel the location is excellent with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Adventure up some the side steets where you can leave the hustle and bustle of Plebiscito behind for few minutes it also save a little bit of money. The hotel is right in the hub bub of plebiscito but a superb location. I would say get a taxi to piazza plebiscito and walk up Via Chiaia dont take the bus and walk with suitcases from the maritime station in 30 degrees because that causes arguments 😀 go the Castello St Elmo for sunset see photo.attached it is simply stunning for a taxi left out of the front door down the hill to the left. Take the ferry to Capri and get the quick bus a day ticket is €8.50 hop on and off its a tight squeeze but worth on capri get the cable to the rop for stunning views enjoy Napoli its glorious

Ask at receptiom to fix the TV or the air con its no trouble and worth the time

No window to the outside, just small window into central atrium . Very nice kitchen with absolutely nothing in it but did have a fridge. Very few sockets in bedroom and couldn’t find any in kitchen to plug in kettle

Amazingly convenient location in the historic center, 5 minutes from two metro stations. Friendly staff. Practically absolute cleanliness in the room and daily quality cleaning. Amazing atmosphere and ambiance of Naples. Huge window with balcony overlooking a busy street and at the same time silence in the room. Brilliant combination of price and quality.

It would be nice to have an iron, a working stove and at least some dishes;)

Very nice and helpful staff, great location between Chiaia and Quartiere spagnolo.

The main street tends to be noisy, also at night or in the early morning. The bathroom is really on the small side.

The hotel was in a very good location, and the room was modern and very clean.

The toilet is a bit close to the shower, a bit squashed in there.

The location is at the heart of city. It allows you to go around the the city on foot all day long. And amazing staff. Super-supportive manager Nishan. They guided us well for sightseeing and transport. They even arranged Taxi for airport early morning so we did not have to bother about it.

Nothing absolutely. As long as you can survive on Neapolitan food in cafes around the place which are many. You are going to enjoy the stay.

Great location, walk or subway to everything. Spacious room. Good AC. Friendly helpful staff helped us get a very early morning airport taxi. Wonderfully soundproof windows. Beautiful old building with tasteful recent design upgrades.

It was in a very good area and in the center

There was no noise isolation from the window that it was right above the main street. So any sound was heard in the room

Well situated, the entrance is on the main commercial road. All you need is few steps away.

Rooms should be renewed. Even if there is the feeling of old style hotel, it's advisable to renew the furniture to give a better feeling.
