We only stayed one night. I know Napoli, so I specifically chose Chiaia as a place to stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance of everything. The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the general atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. The only thing to be aware of is that you have to go up one flight of stairs, as there is no elevator. It was OK for us. The staff was very nice and very helpful. even beyond expectations. We forgot a bag at the hotel, and they helped us retrieve the bag with a lot of care. I extremely recommend this hotel!

The location of the property is perfect. It’s a secret gem to discover behind a large green door. Situated perfectly for exploring the city. But the true beauty of Chiaia Suites is from the staff who are exemplary in customer service. The warm welcome, the spotlessly clean room, to nothing being too much trouble even ensuring we had breakfast for our early departure. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they make sure you feel comfortable and happy. I honestly could praise them more and the facilities Chiaia Suites provide. Amazing stay. To add the pre arrival communication and helpfulness was again an unexpected impressive addition.

Although we were unsure on arrival, as it appeared to be an out of the way backstreet, the location was just a short walk from the main street. There was a hugely attended concert taking place just around the corner in the historic piazza del plebiscito but we were undisturbed by the noise and easily navigated the multitude of onlookers surrounding the area. The staff were extremely friendly and heplful with recommendations on places to eat. Fresh linens and supplies were replenished daily and the room cleaned. Although the breakfast wasnt to my taste my husband enjoyed what was on offer.

Travellers should be made aware that the lift in the building is for private residents only, although we never encountered anyone using it. Fortunately only one floor up but if travelling with large suitcases, as we were, it is a bit of a maul.

The breakfast was nice, and the rooms surprisingly well decorated and cute. We had a teeny-tiny terrace. We stayed only one night as a stopover on the way to Capri, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room had all we needed for the night.

It was not clearly marked outside the building, and it was a bit difficult for us to find the right door after the taxi dropped us off. If you book this hotel, know that it is just a few rooms (cute, air-conditioned, breakfast - so many great things) on one floor of a large building in Naples.

The location was perfect, in the middle of Napoli with cosy little streets and near the harbour. Small B&B, beautiful room and good breakfast at a shared terrace..really nice. But the best experience was the warm welcome when we couldn't find Chiaia Suites, a friend of the owner picked us up and took us while carrying my luggage. We stayed the first night and booked for our last night in Napoli a week later. Anna was so sweet and her husband ( Vincenzo) told us all about Napoli and Amalfi and more. Chiaia Suites felt like Italian home!! We will definitely come back another time and i recommended Chiaia Suites already to friends and family. Abdul and Martine

Staff was wonderful, and recommended many fun activities and amazing restaurants. Coffee and breakfast was excellent. AC in room was great and necessary. There were no blankets which was surprising, however since it was so hot and humid blankets really were not needed. The pillows were amazingly comfortable, overall, great experience for the price. The location is amazing we walked all over to many good restaurants and historical sites.

The power went out one of the nights, due to the city working on the grid. Not the b&b's fault, but lost a/c which was a bummer. Parking is a bit tricky, but also it was a mistake to drive in Naples so kind of our fault hah. If you do drive here, the parking we used was up the hill under a parking sign on a yellow building. 30 euro per day and the gentleman was very nice.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Day prior to check-in they were communicating with me to get the room ready by our early arrival. They also coordinated our transfer to airport. Location was perfect right in middle of Chiaia which has great shopping and resteraunts, The breakfast was perfect with nice assortment of Italian pastries and coffee

If you aren’t dropped off directly at the hotel it could be a little challenging to find because you have to take stairs/ elevator from lower street to get to the building, There are also a couple of very short flight of stairs to get to reception but my family of five had no issues and the staff was very helpful in moving luggage if needed.

First, we come off of a train, right into a taxi that dropped us off and we felt a little lost. We walked around a bit not sure where the hotel was but finally found the sign. We buzzed and they let us in right away. The front staff didn't speak much english but she made up for it in kindness and patience and spoke a ton of information into her translator. She was so patience with us. I loved her instantly. The lady that was in charge of the breakfast, asked us if we wanted some coffee and something to eat. We just melted, we were so thankful and it was just what we needed after our frantic travel. We felt so comfortable and at home and was so thankful for their kindness. What a great staff!!

What an amazing surprise this place was!!! The hosts are extremely proactive and contacted us a few days in advance to know the plan. Also, when we reached, We were greeted by those smiling faces and a perfectly made fresh welcome drink. Rooms were extremely spacious, clean, and well equipped. Very comfortable stay. Gutted that we stayed there just for a night but I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Hosts are lovely and they are ready to go out of way to help the guests.

The staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The location was great once you understood how to get there without using the outdoor elevator, which closed early and then you were forced to make a huge loop by feet. This is fine once you know the way, but the first time took me close to an hour to figure it out.

Too much noise - the B&B is really small with 5 rooms all located on the same floor and linked to the main entry door and reception area. You can hear everything. People coming in and out, talking as there is an echo in the hallway. My room was situated next to the breakfast room, so the noise started around 7h. Also, there is a family apartment on the floor above the B&B, so you can hear the family and child stomping on top of your head.
