Very good location, clean and cozy room. Most of the things (bars, restaurants, metro station, port, attractions) were in walking distance.

The amenities were limited, e.g. there wasn’t enough shower gel for 2 person. However the breakfast was included, it was in a cafe nearby amd the options were also very limited (croissant every morning). A little variety wouldn’t hurt, e.g. some options that are not sweet would be good.

Stayed here for a short midweek break. Lovely clean room with a balcony over the main street, ensuite bathroom with good sized shower. Jessica, the owner, greeted us at check in, offered advice on places to visit and provided us with a map, which was great. Breakfast is in a lovely little cafe bar next door but one, where the staff were lovely. A fantastic location in one of the best streets in Naples, close to some super bars, restaurants & shops. Easy tour bus pick up to Pompeii & Vesuvius from the top of the street.

There was nothing we didn't like, but worth noting there is no kettle or brew facilities in the room.

We had an amazing time. Super friendly hosts who gave us a map with all the best places to explore. Right near the sea and so many amazing places to eat and drink! We got to see so much of Naples and we are so very grateful! We can’t wait to come again.

Location! Everything is walking distance, owner was polite and helpful. Room was small, but cozy and had everything that you needed. Good value for money.

To sleep on saturday night was a bit challenging, because windows are directed to busy street. So for light sleepers it may cause some discomfort

Excellent location! Probably one of the best in the city. Owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean.

The bathroom had a weird smell a couple of times during our stay. Unstable water temperature in the shower.

Nice room in central via Chiaia. The room is big and clean. Good breakfast provided by a the cafe a few steps away from the apartment.

The structure is not equipped for a in situ breakfast but they give you a voucher for taking it at the bar, which is right next to the hotel. Since our arrival time was not in line with the hotel check-in hours (the hotel does not have a reception) the landlady has been super nice by instructing the cleaning guy to wait for us until our arrival so that we could drop our luggages. My grandma and I had a good stay-in experience. If I will come back in Naples I will book there again.

There is no lift so that if you have heavy luggages or other kind of problems it is awkward. Fortunately the cleaning guy has been very nice by helping my grandma with her luggage. The shower does not have the shower phone.

Location was perfect! We were able to walk to all of the historic sites, and the shopping streets. Wish there was a kitchen in the unit, but other than that, we had everything we needed for the 4 days of our stay!
