This flat is in a great location, just off Via Toledo on a busy street with lots of shops, cafes etc. But the flat is really quiet, with great soundproofing and good air con. We didn't actually meet any staff as it was self check-in, but they communicated really well by WhatsApp and sent photos explaining exactly how to get in. It was nice to get a voucher for breakfast at a local cafe, but don't expect anything more than coffee and a pastry!

Although the bathroom was big, the plumbing was a bit creaky. It was nice to have a kettle, and a fridge with free bottled water, but would have been great to have some milk as we were desperate for a cuppa and struggled to find anywhere local to buy any!

The location in chiaia quarter and lively street. I liked also the good communication with the staff and their helpfulness

The noisy neighbours especially that they start playing and chatting so loudly after 10 pm and don't finish before midnight. I was firstly surprised with the building where the room is located. But later on I realized that almost all residential buildings are the same except for hotels. I also did not like the taxi transportation as they were very expensive above the municipality rate

Get over the entrance and it is lovely....but you feel locked in/out. Very comfy bed and huge bathroom and great air con.

It just had a weird vibe .... can't put my finger on it. Also, the breakfast vouchers .... geez, the places specialise in being unfriendly and in stale cornetto. Also 1 coffee and 1 cornetto = expensive breakfast paid for in B&B.

The location was amazing. Right on Via Chiaia with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

I was expecting there to be a reception but it was closed for our entire stay. We did receive clear instructions for check in though so it was fine it just wasn't what I was expecting. We met the receptionist once to pay our tourist tax and she gave us information on taxi ranks which was helpful but we did not see her again.

The location was great, close to restaurants and different shops. Our room had a jacuzzi great way to relax after all day on feet. Balcony to main street.

Breakfast is only coffee and croissant, which is more a desert and not a breakfast. There is no parking option, so if you have a rental car, it will be extremely hard to find where to park it.

Location was fantastic, as was the hot tub. The staff were amazing - when we left our key outside the city, someone came to let us in and lent us the final spare key before we could go and collect it, and she did so with a wonderful, polite attitude. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was not 10/10 was the hot tub stopper, as twice I accidentally lent on the stopper and it was very difficult to put it back in while the hot tub was full. So only 9/10!

Superb location, EXCELLENT shower, perfect sized bathroom & bedroom, very clean and comfortable stay overall with bar across the road for free continental breakfast. Very friendly and helpful owner, thank you. Will be back!

We had a warm welcome and a lovely stay. The location is amazing. The bed was super comfortable with aircon which was really needed with the heat. The café for breakfast was a real Italian experience. We really enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!

1. Great jacuzzi and huge bathroom. 2. The location was amazing, very safe during the night and the sound isolation was great in the room (very loud street, but very quiet inside). Napoli can be quite intimidating, especially at night, but this part of the city is safe. 3. The bed was comfortable and large. 4. The staff managed to help us when we encountered a problem with our departure flight.

1. The jacuzzi can take quite some time to fill up. 2. The entrance of the building can be quite intimidating, but the interior looks very nice and modern.

The location is great, next to the vibrant street with restaurants and shops, yet very quiet.
