My travel companion and I stayed in Rosanna Ventrella’s lovely home for a week and it couldn’t have been more delightful. Our rooms were cozy with special touches like little candies and slippers. The breakfasts were marvelous - fresh fruits, cereal, omelets and other sweet and savory delights. Her residence is right in near the Spanish Quarter but quiet and peaceful. Rosanna gave us tips about the neighborhood, called taxis for us and made us feel completely at home. Our stay far exceeded our expectations! This place is located in the most wonderful area in Naples - Chiaia. There is a secret lift that made access to the place so much easier! Chiaia metro station closes in the afternoon though, so we used Municipio station mostly, but still great place to explore Naples. We were provided some pastries and yogurt for breakfast daily and the host was super accommodating and friendly. The breakfast on the last day was heavenly :) The AC in the room works well, which we appreciated in the hot weather in end of June. The host let us leave luggage after checkout as well. Really glad I chose this place!

The water pressure wasn't too strong, and I thought two of us were given two rooms with a private bathroom, but at the end we had a room and a private bathroom and the second room was provided to another guest, which made sense. We had a tad bit less privacy and less space than we expected, but it was fine :)

The location of the property was excellent for seeing all the attractions, a short walk from the Spanish quarter and walking distance to the port. It is also very close to a metro station. The area felt safe for walking in, even at night. The breakfast was fabulous, with fresh bread and pastries every morning. The property was clean and well appointed and Rosanna made sure we were comfortable. We loved our stay and meeting lovely Baru 😊

Great personal feel to our stay, Rosanna was so helpful throughout, nothing was a problem, and she was so good with our little daughter. Her dog (Baru) was a bonus for our daughter also. The breakfast was excellent, and Rosanna was always baking fresh bread and treats for us daily. There is only one other room so it is not a busy house and coming and going throughout the day was not a problem.

Excellent location! This B&B is managed by Mrs. Rosanna and she is such a wonderful host and just a joy to talk to. Very clean and very comfortable beds. We had excellent breakfasts with homemade desserts, she is a fantastic baker! Also, she is very helpful providing information. Next time back in Naples this is where I am staying

Rosanna is truly an amazing host! She really looks after her guests. Her house is in a trendy district of Chiaia, a perfect location to explore Naples. The room is beautifully decorated with a new comfortable bed and it is spotless. The cleaner comes every day and I felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. Rosanna's breakfasts are delicious and her attention to every detail is exceptional. I'd highly recommend to stay at Baru in Chiaia and experience Rosanna's hospitality yourself. Rosanna kindly gave me a lift to the airport on my way back home. Grazie mille Rosanna e arrivederci!

The accomodation was clean, comfortable, great location and quiet. The breakfast was lovely every morning, cereal, pastries, yogurt, fruit, juice with water, fresh coffee and a selection of teas. Rosanna the owner was so helpful and kind, she helped us to arrange trips and transport. We could have not asked for a better host and stay. Highly recommended.

Accommodation in private, in a quiet part of Naples, in the hill, a short walk from the cable car to the castle, the old centre is a walk of about 35min. Entrance through a lockable gate, there is also a great lift that takes you straight down to Chiaia street for 20c, next to the Metrop. cinema, from where it is a short walk to the sea. There are two rooms in the apartment, one with a bathroom in the room, the other has a bathroom across the small corridor, not part of the room. Breakfast in the hall, kettle and coffee maker in the room. The owner is wonderful, very nice and helpful. For spring a little cooler in the room, it is necessary to warm up with AC. In summer, the thick walls guarantee a pleasant coolness.

The hostess is a very friendly lady, who also prepares the breakfast and is available to give you any indication or advice. She is very helpful and nice, makes you feel at home. The apartment is a very cosy and elegant private one, in an historic neighbourhood and the facilities are perfect. Couldn't ask for anything else.

I mistakingly booked to have a taxi taking me from the airport and the driver didn't want to let me by the door because he claimed the streets were too narrow for the car, so I had to walk with heavy bags through some steps and climbs to reach the house. I recommend you ask Rosanna, the lady who runs the house, to book a taxi for you. She knows a driver who can take his car into the gated parking and drop you right at her door. Then you just have a few steps to climb to enter the house.

Rosanna was a wonderful host. She made everything super easy and gave us the privacy appreciated when traveling. She responded quickly to emails and Whatsapp, including providing recommendations for restaurants and beaches, and even helping us out when we found ourselves in a sticky situation. She goes above and beyond while maintaining respect and kindness. Thank you Rosanna!! We hope to come back again. We love Barú! And thank you Pasquale!
