Brilliant location in what seemed to be the safest area of Naples. Right on the main shopping street next to fantastic shops, bars and cafes. Easy to get to the harbour for ferry/ boat trips and to the underground to go onwards for train services.

The room was well soundproofed however if you opened the shutters or windows there was a lot of street noise and street entertainers outside, though it never bothered us at night. The breakfast was 'continental' and very little choice so could have been better for the price of the hotel. It would be better to just get your breakfast from one of the many patisseries or cafes nearby. You cant be dropped off at the hotel by taxi - you have to walk along the pedestrianised street, which is not far but can be difficult as its cobbled and very very busy.

A very nice hotel, located right on the Via Toledo central and busy street. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, and the service is friendly. For those who want to be right in the city center, close to everything - this is an excellent choice.

You have to take into account, that because of the location, on the main street, the area is quite noisy, throughout the day, until the late evening, and early in the morning hours. To solve this problem, you have to close the room window, that faces the street, and the noise is significantly reduced.

Location near Port ,shops&restaurants. Staff were lovely and allowed us to leave our luggage early in the am and we went on a tour to Pompeii. Our room was ready when we came back and our luggage was put in it. When we arrived off the ferry hot &tired the porter kindly brought up our bags and the got us 2glasses of water-very kind. Decor is nice & modern,large bed,nice en-suite.Adequate air con. We stayed in a room at the back overlooking a courtyard-quiet at night. Shops and restaurants nearby.

A little hard to find the entrance to the hotel(behind a large old door that opens into a courtyard-but this makes it very secure ).

I loved the room with a balcony overlooking the main shopping street, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. OK, so there was noise from the street but we expected that and for us it just added to the experience as wanted to feel part of the city. The location couldn’t have been better for our trip with easy access to everything. The staff were particularly friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a choice of fresh and tasty local produce and there was a good local restaurant opposite the side door and a wonderful ice cream shop just opposite on the Main Street. Metro stations were nearby and funicular railway to the castle almost next door.

The hotel is excellently located, in the very heart of Naples. The staff is super-friendly, helpful and efficient. Our Superior Room was simply perfect, with a roof terrace to take some Sun. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and elegantly served.

We liked everything! The only thing that could be improved is soundproofing of the room : we could hear the neighbors in the adjacent room.

Hotel is excellent. In a superb spot in Toledo just next to the Galleria Umberto on the main shopping street. Upmarket hotel - superb room - super comfortable beds. Room service was basic but fulfilled our needs as there was huge storm that night and we couldnt go out. We didnt have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Very helpfull staff and great communication to us before we arrived via whatsapp which was great (and new to me)

Nothing could have been better I just thought it was a little bit expensive for the 1 night.

Unreal location. If you want to do Naples in style choose this hotel. Rooms are fantastic, I love that it’s all codes to access the hotel so very easy. The room was worth the money. Breakfast was also very nice. The location is perfect as you are in the main area and close to the harbor and some other stuff.

Not a Dislike for us but the area was mental at Times with how busy it was. Two cruise ships a day means you have 10,000 people walking around and some area do get so busy.

Access to hotel is a bit inconvenient due to location in pedestrian only area. Taxi has to drop you off about 2 blocks away. Not really a big deal unless you have a lot of luggage Also no elevator at the entrance, so you have to drag your luggage up a fairly steep staircase to get to the front desk Location downside is a lot of street noise well into the night

The property location was convenient to everywhere and everything. Rooms were spacious, very well designed and the bathroom was perfection. All amenities were in as new condition with good lighting and a room layout. Easy access to restaurants and the local cafes.

There was a flight of stairs at the entrance which prove a challenge with large suitcases.

The location. So central,all shops within walking distance. The service. I highlight Ms Fabiola, Ms Valentina, Ms Maria, Mr Dasun. They helped us so much before, during our stay.

There is nothing that we dislike about property.
