The hotel was in a stunning beautiful gallery with glass dome and several glass covered entrances, with shops and cafes at ground level to different streets. Location was perfect for visiting the Via Toledo, the Spanish area, the Piazza Plebiscito in front of the Royal Palace and the pantheon-like S. Francesco di Paula church. Walking to the historic centre and the seafront was no problem. Nearby is the Piazza Municipio with the underground and also a subway to the port where you can catch the airport shuttle. Archeological remains were unearthed when making the subway so these have been turned into a feature along the way. The hotel breakfasts were a bit disappointing, especially the attempt at cooked bacon and eggs. Tinned pineapple was offered every morning and the juice bore no relation to fresh fruit. But staff were friendly and you could get enough to eat. Our room on the third floor was directly opposite the Teatro di San Carlo and was surprisingly quiet at night.

The best of everything was that the hotel is located in the middle of the city centre close to all shops and restaurants, walking distance to almost everything.

To much noise in the hotel. The rooms are bad isolated you can hear almost everything all from people walking talking and from the breakfast and lobby. But otherwise very nice hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent and in the centre of many of the tourist attractions. It is only a couple of minutes walk to the nearest Metro station. The hotel is located in a main shopping area and there is an abundance of eateries and restaurants at hand. The rooms at the hotel, are large, well equipped and very clean. A daily cleaning service is a bonus. The breakfast is substantial with plenty of choice. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort and value for money.

The hotel felt exclusive, small & friendly. The building & location was so amazing & central . Good breakfast, clean & tidy room, quiet air conditioning, unusual artwork, beautiful curtains in 306 & clean towels every day . The hotel exceeded our expectations.

The room was noisy at night , however it’s not your fault, children playing football outside in the galleria at midnight was unacceptable. However this is not your fault, we accept that we are staying in a big busy city .

The location was great and it was easy to walk to the castle, the ferry, and many other places. The hotel was very pretty. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and had several options. The room was large and had enough storage. They had some bottled water and snacks in the room for us. They arranged transfers from the airport and to the train station for us. We would recommend.

There were 160ish steps up. Bring 10c for the elevator or get them from the front desk. The power went out twice while we were here, not the hotels fault, it's a old building, that I can get over. The hot water went out for about 24 hours. A hot shower is expected when someone if paying to stay somewhere. It was resolved and wasn't an issue for us again. The comforter had a stain on it and was not replaced. The bed did not have a head board, but a low painting so if we sat up in bed we were bumping into this large painting.

This is a small hotel, with very luxurious looking rooms. It feels like it's a family run business. The reception staff was very professional and pleasant. We had 2 rooms, both were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite being in the actual shopping gallery, it was more quiet that I expected. The location is just perfect, on the main shopping street Toledo. It was very easy to walk from the metro, and there are taxies just outside the gallery. I didn't give it a 10 because we didn't have breakfast so we can't rate all the services.

Location was very central, walking distance when arriving to the harbor (ferry). Funicular central was super close and convenient to go up to Vomero and Castel St Elmo. We found the room to be quite peaceful. There is a taxi stand right in front of the shopping mall, was easy to crab a taxi.

Bed was a little bit hard to sleep but anyway I slept very well. There was no safety box in the room. For us the breakfast started late (7.30-) so we decided to skip breakfast. The mini fridge in the room and kettle were good for us to eat breakfast at our room.

Our room no. 102 with a balcony was very large and beautifull. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpfully ! Thanks for that ! Interior design incredibal. The Breakfast and the roomservice was very good and fast. The location could not be better. Bus and Taxi direct in front of the hotel , short ways to the port (services for Capri, Ischia and Procida) + metro. Spanish Quarter, old town, many sightseeing spots, shops and Restaurants / Bars are near by. We have to recommend this hotel highly in any case. I hope, that we will stay in the Art Hotel again sometime in the future. Thank you and Kind Regards

The hotel is very well located, right across from the Opera House and in close proximity to the main pedestrian area. The rooms are very beautifully decorated! The staff is very attentive and hospitable. We received an upgrade to our room because we were celebrating Valentine’s Day. If I return to Naples, I will make the same choice!”

Very good location, interesting interior

Small bathroom, shower not functional at all, bathroom was bad at all levels and er had small yellow ants everywhere, epecially in bathroom. Whrn er came ants wete also in our bad, on the sheets…. Terrace was dirty … wasn’t clean gor ages…
