We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are very big, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was good – fresh and tasty – though it was the same selection every morning. It would have been a nice touch to see some variation day by day, but overall it was satisfying. I did see some reviews mentioning the need to insert a 10-cent coin to use the elevator. This is true, but it's not a major issue. It only applies during weekdays. You can simply ask for a 10-cent coin at the hotel reception or the office downstairs, and they will gladly give you one. Alternatively, you can use the stairs – the reception is on the first floor, so it's very manageable. During evenings and weekends, the elevator was free to use while we were there. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a hotel I would definitely recommend!

The staff was exceptionally gracious and helpful. The rooms were very modern, chic, and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. The breakfast was lovely. The location is very convenient---close to the main funicular and the subway. On a very lively (i.e. crowded) shopping street.

A bit difficult to find, and the entrance might put some people off---it's on the second floor of an old building and the ground floor is certainly not glamourous. The rooms, which are very pretty, overlook the Galleria, so if you are as sensitive to noise as I am, you might want to bring a pair of earplugs with you.

We got a single room each, which are located behind reception. Whilst I have some small things that could be improved, overall you cannot beat this location. The rooms overlook the iconic dome and piazza. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately being behind reception you do get noise carry through to the room, and noise from the large piazza downstairs. I had some noisy children in the adjacent room so I was woken up a few times. Overall it’s good value for money, the staff are very helpful and suprisingly the breakfast was fantastic.

The staff was amazing, we were a relatively big group of 11 people, including children, making quite a mess, and still everyone (the receptionist, the breakfast crew and the cleaners) were perfectly patient with us, always smiling, polite and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location in the Galleria Umberto. It’s easy to walk to many bars, restaurants and sights. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable with good amenities. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are very attentive.

It’s a little bit noisy in the evening from people in the galleria below and from the streets outside.

The hotel locates on the first floor (not ground floor) of historical building, so there is no direct access to the hotel from the street. You have to call interfone every time you want to get in, and then go upstairs. The hairdryer was too noisy.

Very clean, spacious and modern rooms, very comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The included breakfast is wonderful and a great way to start your day of exploration or sightseeing. The hotel is close to many locations of interest, restaurants, shops etc. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive, always welcoming us back with a smile. The hotel can be a little hard to find as you enter through an area closed for pedestrians. our taxi driver wasn’t sure where to drop us off. But once we oriented ourselves we found our way. The hotel is on the first floor of the building but there’s an elevator. it requires 10 cents to operate but it worked just fine. Was our favorite hotel experience during our travels.

A minor thing - the hotel is in a busy area, and our room window faced the galleria. so there was some noise at night from the cafes below. But we were able to rest just fine. For light sleepers it could be a problem.

Location is great, very close to the centre of Naples. Clean, comfy, airco worked well. Nice smelling shower gels. Our room window looked out into the galleria Umberto which was pretty cool! Breakfast is typical Italian breakfast which is fine for us. That the lift up to the hotel requires a 10 cent coin to operate is a hilarious relic but I do wonder how many non European tourists will have a ten cent coin to hand…. Not a problem for us to take the stairs though. Staff were friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at your Hotel. The central location is an absolute bonus. For sightseeing in Naples and for a magnificent choice of restaurants and cafes the position cannot be beaten.

Wifi in our room was not strong enough for laptop work but the dining/bar area was conveniently only a few steps away and very suitable and available 24/7

This was a special trip to celebrate two landmark birthdays - the hotel more than met our expectations. Friendly staff, great location and comfortable room.

Not a fault of the hotel but at times there could be a bit of noise from the shopping arcade downstairs. It wasn't too distracting though
