Location: Is inside Galleria Umberto I and close to most of attractions, is in Toledo street where people take a stroll and where are many shopping place, restaurants, bars, etc. ,our room was not so big but clean with modern bathroom, beds are comfy

it's not a complaint but in the same street there are other hotels/b&bs that are called Toledo something, it would be appropriate to put a sign directly on the entrance gate, especially for people like me who are visually impaired, because the navigator had indicated a gate on the opposite side of the street that had a Toledo hotel inside, however Pietro was super kind and in addition to giving me precise instructions on the phone he also came down to welcome us

Maison Toledo 210 exceeded our expectations. Mario was incredibly helpful with check in and through the entirety of our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5. The location was great - right in the middle of everything yet it felt safe and was quiet in the apt. We walked to restaurants, shops, the funicular and all tourist spots. We got pizza from Gino Sorbillo across the street (delicious!) and brought it back to the apt with plenty of room at the table to eat. It was especially festive for the Christmas holiday. We did not have a car. It was easy to find taxis to the train station on the backside of Galleria Umberto.

The Hotel is in Excellent Location, inside Galleria Umberto, The Building housing the Hotel is also very clean, the Room was of Adequate size , decently furnished with a Desk, a Sofa , a Chair, and adequate Storage and Closet space. there was also Shared Lounge with Free Coffee Facilities. The Staff at the reception was Helpful and Nice. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Naples.

Bathroom is a bit small but of adequate size

Fantastic location right in the middle of the shopping strip and near the Spanish quarters. Fantastic restaurants, shopping, Gelato and Pizza all at your doorstep. The hotel was very cute. I didn't know what to expect from Naples but it was definitely one of my favourite cities in Italy. I'm so glad I made the trip to see it.

It was a little difficult to find - it would be much easier if management let guests know before check in the entrance gate is right next to Zara on Via Toledo Our room was a little small for 3 people - the third person slept on a single sofa bed.

Maison Toledo was amazing, the apartment is situated literally inside Galleria Umberto which is reminiscent of Galleria Milano, in Milan. True to character to Napoli, the Galleria might not be as well kept as the Galleria in Milan, but it feels very special to be able to stay in such a room as well as landmark! I was gob smacked when I opened the curtains and looked outside of the narrow balcony. This apartment is a hidden gem. In the morning, its bustling with activity and very noisy (as it is in Napoli) but at night everything calms down and it becomes dead silent. The room was very clean, has a high ceiling, and is very spacious, the AC made the room cool very quickly and the shower and toilet albeit tiny were clean and enough. The bed was comfortable and the bed sheets smelled clean. There was a communal area where anyone could go and eat on a large table or relax and wait on some arm chairs. The location is super, its just on via Toledo which is a main street full of activity bustling. The whole street from start to finish is packed with historic landmarks like piazza del Plebiscito and monuments, classic coffee shops like Gambrinus as well as different shops. It also connects to alleys full of character and at the time of my visit full of flags displaying the Napoli Campioni. Its a great place to book and should not be missed as it is a room that is literally inside a historical landmark.

Whenever I washed my hands or showered there was a loud noise, I didn't mind it as such but I hope it didn't bother other people. I didn't hear other's rooms making any noise though so it could be that it's contained within one's room.

Little bit of noise of the arcade below with windows open in the heat but to be expected. leaving luggage in the day was kept behind a curtain not in a locked room and sometimes the main door to the flat on the inside level was left open. But needed to get through 3 doors from street level to get up to the flat so broadly secure.

The location is AMAZING! Right in the galleria! Beautiful Juliette balcony out to the bustling galleria below. Right near the main attractions in Naples and walking distance to brigata Carolina, an amazing district with the best food! Also the room was very clean and the amenities provided very nice.

Loved everything!

The hosts, Felicia and Peter, are wonderful, accommodating and great communicators. He gave great food recommendations. The location is fantastic, near to the sites by the water. The linens were nice and soft, bathroom is very modern.

I have mixed feelings about this place. First the parking is 300 m away.It is not 20 euro,it is 25 euro per night. You leave the keys for the car in the parking and they move it if they want. Second the breakfast is served in the coffe downstairs. It is poor breakfast. Only liked the cappuchino. The guy on the reception was nice. The room is big.They have free water and free coffe also. However it is just on the main street! The shops and restaurants are just next door! I will not come back.

Location was great Reception was great only hotel get additional fee for after 20.00 check in.

To much noise from.outside due to location. Hotel take additional fee for after 20.00 check in which is the first time we see all around. We were not well informed about that either in advance.
