We really enjoyed our stay at Dimora conte di Ruvo. The room was really nice but the best thing was the great location. 10 min walk to via dei tribunali (a walking street with amazing restaurants and street food). 10 min walk to the archaeological museum. 10-15 min walk to the closest metro station. Etc We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast from a little cafe a 5 min walk away. Tip - take a photo of the breakfast menu in the hotel room as we weren’t given one in the cafe itself.

Even though it’s on the 5th floor and has double glazed windows, you could still hear cars and ambulances at night. Naples is a noisy city though so I imagine most hotels have the same issue. Ear plugs are recommended for light sleepers. We took some after reading other reviews and slept fine.

Excellent location in central Naples. Quiet place on the fifth floor, with elevator. Good organization of our arrival, we came early, were received and given the keys, and left the luggage in the reception room, then went to the town until our room wasnt ready. Breakfast in the nearby bar, with fine croissants and cappuccino.

Room is not cleaned every they, although it would be if we asked. Towels are not changed either, but it is part of a deal. We agreed, because we are aware how much water and detergent it uses, not always necessary.

Great place to stay in Naples! Well connected, walking distance from many touristic places (e.g. Underground Naples/ -Napoli Sotterranea-, The Veiled Christ -Cristo Velato, via St Gregorio Armeno, via dei Tribunali, via Toledo, Spaccanapoli, Galleria Umberto I etc). The room and bathroom were very clean and had all comforts, the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful, they were also providing advices on request and make themselves available at all time (however, we did not need out of hours help as everything was clear and smooth). The room had all facilities, mini-fridge, locker, AC, television, a desk, etc. The WiFi was slightly unstable, but in a place like Naples you won’t spend much time in the room for how much this city has to offer. We will definitely come back to Dimora Conte di Ruvo!

We couldn't have had a better stay in Napoli. The location was perfect to us, close to il museo, st chiara and other sites, and just by the lovely piazza Bellini. A short walk to Dante metro station. Although central, the street didn't feel touristy or crowded. The room was bigger than we expected, and cool and quiet. Beuatiful view from the little balcony, looking down at the streets of naples and the art academy just over the street. Dalila gave us nice tips for restaurants and everything we could need. Breakfast in a separate cafe close by, with generous opening hours and both salty and sweet options. Would love to come back!

Location was great and right on Via Toledo. Wonderfull walking around, traveling with our 2 year old and felt very safe and pleasant. There's an elavator so travelling with a baby and a stroller was great for us! The staff was super friendly and helpfull and assisted us with gluten free breakfast and keeping our luggage until our rental car is ready.

Breakfast was quit poor and the Cafe where it was served didn't understand I have an alergy to gluten and wasn't very nice when I tried to explain that. Only after talking with the hotel host she was more friendly.

This was a perfect place to stay for a very good value family room in the centre of Naples. Davide was very helpful and speaks good English. The room was very clean and there are basic cooking facilities.

The entrance is ‘tricky’. I’m sure typical of buildings in the area, but arriving late at night where there’s an old lobby with tiny lift to the 5th floor is challenging. Don’t be put off, the hotel is good!

Did not appreciate waiting to enter at 10pm as there was no reception,it wasn’t until another guest came out that we could. Admittedly we are over 80 and possibly didn’t understand the procedure

In general everything was really good. Nice location, friendly staff. It was worth the money.

The building was a little bit old, but that wasn’t a big problem. Also the rooms are on the 5th floor, there is an elevator but it’s old, if you are claustrophobic you’ll definitely use the stairs.

The room was big enough, the balcony was nice, the bathroom very OK and everything clean. We had some issues with the transfer from the airport to the hotel (our flight was a late one) but the host helped us and checked us in even after midnight. Also, his recommandations came in handy during our visit

The breakfast was not how Italians get us used to be. It is served next door within a little bistro with not so much variety and you could only have a drink (soda, water or coffee) and a snack (a croissant or a slice of pizza). It did not bother us, but if you are looking for that fanatical italian breakfast, don't count on this one.

Staff (Davide) was a fine example of excellent customer service. Was patient in explaining the facilities and answering our queries. When he realised that we were going to miss our breakfast due to early check-out, he offered us to use our breakfast coupon during lunch time or dinner time the day before check-out. That's not a usual service one will get.
