We stayed here for one night and it was in a perfect location in the heart of Naples, easily accessibly to everything we wanted to walk to. Staff was extremely helpful with our early checkin, stowing our luggage, offering refreshments when our room wasn't ready, and helping us book airport transportation for a very early flight. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We loved how quiet it was considering it was in the middle of a busy area, very clean, with a lot of old-world charm.

Given that the hotel's entrance is not on the street, it was a little difficult to navigate how to enter the front gate upon arrival, and from there, where the additional entrance to the courtyard and lobby were. It would be helpful for the hotel to provide clear instructions for hotel access on the reservation confirmation, with the buzzer on the left side of the front gate and to proceed walking through the parking lot to a second entry point to buzz into.

Location - excellent. Staff was welcoming, proffesional and organised a taxi for us on the day we left. Hotel has a real art and oasis feeling. Lots of plants and a relaxing area around the pool. Room was as described - not big, bet cosy and had everything that we needed. I loved the sweet, but light fig scent on products in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, espresso was freshly made. We also ordered drinks and salad from the pool menu - great option after a busy day. We enjoyed our stay here. Grazie mille!

Great Location! Only a block and a half away from the entrance to the Archeological Museum ... which is a must see ... and just steps away from Piazza Bellini, with its great restaurants and night life! The hotel itself is on the inside of a courtyard, so outside street noise in not a problem. The staff is very welcoming and extremely helpful. The included breakfast is quite varied and sumptuous. Coffee is made-to-order. Our room was just off of the pool and was uniquely shaped having three large arched-alcoves; one for the full-length couch, one for the bed, and the other for the bathroom. The place was huge! I will definitely try to stay in this hotel the next time I am in Naples!

Staff were all friendly, helpful and welcoming, felt at home. Breakfast was lovely, all sorts inc; fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, various types of bread, jams and little ricotta pastries, smooth coffee, one of our party was ill during their stay and the staff made up a little tray of tasties to have in the room. We had two garden rooms, that were so quiet - even thought the hotel is very much in the heart of Naples. And my son had a street facing single room , with some street noise, but was such a lovely room that no one cared!

Breakfast was 7am to 10am I would have liked it to be 8am to 11am - but honestly there was nothing to complain about, it was a great place to stay.

This is a unique and MAGICAL villa hidden right away through large doors of a Main Street close very handy for the archeological museum. If it had have been sunny we would have defo used the pool. Love the arty vibe. The breakfast was excellent! Despite my comments on the negative I would enthusiastically recommend this place. A cultural oasis of calm and sophistication in a brooding and very urban grafitti ridden city. Make sure you know which room you are booking.

Again Booking.coms fault I think. I treated myself and my partner to a junior suite. Booking.com showed us various pictures including a sophisticated painted headboard with olives, a golden (what looked like a bath alcove, in fact a shower). It is a LOT of money but if we’d have got what i presumed we were paying for totally worth the splurge. Room 205 is the Crown Jewels I believe, we had room 104 which had ok but average shower, and ok but not arty or decadent bed. I felt disappointed as I wanted to treat my partner to opulence and at that price the suite should have had more WOW.

The location was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and uniquely decorated with fantastic artworks. The staff was so excellent! They are quick with the Cappucinos!! Pietro was so sweet and helpful. Some rooms are noisy at night especially on weekends but we had earplugs to go around silicone ones! The garden and patio are lovely for mornng coffee. Food excellent and food breakfast selection.

Liked it all. the place has so much character and felt very safe.

The hotel gave us the quiet, removed room that I requested back in March for our September stay. So grateful. Vincenzo, Adelaide (the breakfast server), Pietro, Joseph, Pasquale and another reception/concierge employee (a woman) were gracious, helpful, and highly professional. Joseph saved us a lot of headaches by giving us information about a last-minute train strike. Because of his help, we were able to make it to Rome in time for our return flight in the morning. Pietro was sweet and funny. Vincenzo helped us a ton with our rental scooter and rental car questions and was quick to get us extra towels. I love this hotel and we're definitely coming back someday.

Very central and easy to find way around Naples

We were only there for 2 days, one of which was to take the Metro, then train, to Pompeii, but there was a Metro and train strike which the hotel didn’t inform us about! We wasted so much time and it spoilt our trip to Naples. There was no proper Reception, just different staff manning a desk. No-one took any responsibility and were pretty useless giving any information.

Wonderful Italian style and friendly staff, a retreat from the bustle of Naples. Pool and roof terrace a bonus. Excellent location in courtyard off the Spanish quarter. Easy to walk to Main Street or to nearest metro. Or wander slowly through the old streets. Although lovely at night and a great selection of bars and restaurants nearby the hotel is very secluded.

Older style bathroom is very awkward! Difficult to get in and out of shower!!

Staff excellent. Location perfect So many restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Short walk to metro. People are very helpful in bars and restaurants. Food and drink very cheap for a city.

We really enjoyed Naples, but the city needs to clean up a lot. It's such a shame that all the bins are always overflowing in the streets, graffiti everywhere. It feels dirty, but it is such a simple fix to make this a cleaner environment.
