Our room was terrific. Great location and excellent friendly reception and room cleaning. The breakfast deal was good with the local cafe.

The coffee machine in the corridor was tricky to operate. It would be worth replacing. I walked further up the corridor on the first day and didn't see an overhead sign saying "Watch the Step". Please place another very visible sign at eye level. I tripped on the tiny 5cm step and fell forward badly. I was thankfully only bruised, but it could have been a disastrous end to our trip to Naples. These are two simple fixes for what was otherwise a great place to stay.

Perfect location close proximity to the city center, restaurants, bars, top notch service & support by Rosa, the reception lady, help with anything you would request for, arranging a trip, advice. Rosa made our 9 days stay just perfect, from the moment of easy & smooth check in till the last moment! I definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Naples , which has all you need in the room, including the mini bar should you feel lazy to go to supermarket. Shops, cafes for breakfast, great authentic restaurants are just minutes walk away. Also, we are grateful to Luisa for keeping our room always clean and refreshed! Look forward to staying in Nova Relais again ❤️

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the historical centre of Naples. Viviana at the reception desk was lovely - she was incredibly polite, offered suggestions for things to do, and made sure that my stay was very pleasant. The hotel was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was served at the cafe right next door. There were plenty of power outlets in the room, which is always appreciated, the minibar was stocked and priced very reasonably, and the WiFi in the room was good. Even though it's on a busy street, I couldn't hear the noise in my room. I was able to leave my luggage in storage after I checked out.

I booked a single room which was a great for a single night's stay but may feel a bit too small if you're staying longer. Nonetheless, I got a good value for money.

Absolutely amazing experience! The accommodation exceeded our expectations – modern, clean, and perfectly located. The host was wonderful, always ready to help with anything. We highly recommend it! We loved absolutely everything! The apartments are modernly furnished, the location is in a beautiful part of the city, and Roberta, with whom we communicated, is one of the kindest hosts we have ever had through Booking. She helped us with everything, was very proactive, and always available. We have recommended this accommodation to everyone and will definitely come back again!

Everything was superb -sadly I forgot to leave my room and door keys -but left them with my lawyer for delivery to property asap! It appears that has not happened and my work does not give me much time to fuss about chasing folk. I hope to be in Naples again in 2-3 weeks time -let’s hope they will have me back !!! The room no 5 had everything from two balconies ,fridge full of goodies and a choice of 3 beds,plenty of towels and a daily cleaning service .Sadly I had to check out due to work two nights too early .

Good location right off the via Toledo, close to the historic center. Very clean. We were in the triple room so was quite spacious. Good size bathroom with all the facilities, although the sink is outside the bathroom on a dividing wall as part of the closet & dress area, which did not bother us but should be aware if staying as a triple. Room has a small balcony overlooking the street. Breakfast is a coffee, juice and a pastry served in the little cafe on the corner. No 24 hour reception but they have remote self check in which was fine for us. Roberta is sweet and kind but since not always there, plan your requests ahead (such as help with taxi service). Overall it was a good experience and is recommended if you want to be in the center without the high priced big hotels.

Self check in was not entirely clear at first but worked out well. The hotel occupies a floor in a building. Arriving late at night was not the best experience as it is dark and there was not a clear enough sign from the street or in the building entrance. Once you reach the floor it is then clear you are in the right place. Roberta was nice to ask if we want the room cleaned but this was done only one time, the next day they did not clean the room. Also shampoo and other disposables were not refilled.

Breakfast wasn't included with my stay. But Laura is pure awesomeness. She was very knowledgeable of the property and gave me little tidbits as far as where to eat and gave me a brochure and map to get around the city most places are in walking distance. I stopped at the Via Duomo got pizza and pastries and expresso on the way( there is one or three on every block by the way) a bread lover's heaven❗️A great experience indeed. I also added another day to my stay and she was so accommodating and even let me use a charger adapter for my American outlet charger. Just a beautiful place with beautiful people❗️

Communication with host was excellent. We arrived on Saturday when reception was already gone, but the instructions for self check in was very straight forward. Overall nice apartment in the center of city. Prices for snacks and beer from the fridge was very good.

Very poor sound insultation. Apartment is right above night bar. Better avoid if You prefer silence. On our Saturday night the loud music from the bar played until 4:00 in the morning.

We were a group of 5 with 3 rooms and all of our rooms were delightful. They were nice up to date spaces with confortable beds. The bathrooms were new and everything was very clean. The location was great, not far from all the sights in the center of Naples. I would stay again.

We arrived on a Sunday and there wasn't any staff on sight. We had to do a self check in which took sometime, overall it was fine but it might be nice if there was someone on Sunday to greet you.

Breakfast is served at a café around the corner. There isn't a great deal of choice: it's coffee, a pastry and fruit juice. But it's quick service and tasty. The single room is pretty compact but fine if you don't mind the single bed. Air conditioning works well (needed in 38c). Clean and there's a coffee machine in the communal hallway. Easy to arrange check in and leaving luggage after check out.

I would have liked more options available for breakfast (healthier choices). The rooms are advertised as having their own balcony, but don't expect anything idyllic. Mine was facing an interior courtyard with zero view. There wasn't noise from outside but the interior noise is quite noticeable - people entering and leaving their rooms.
