Location and its proximity to a lot of places once you found the place.

Noisy at night but once you closed the double glazed doors and the wooden doors it was fine,but that made the room stuffy solution turn we turned on the aircon on it was fine. Shower head kept on falling of its holder and door wouldn’t close. Trying to find the place was another thing signage on the wall was very small,parking is an issue if you have a car and very expensive.

My experience at the Locanda dell'Arte was outstanding. The location is amazing - at the heart of Napoli's cultural life. I deeply thank the friendly, helpful and highly professional staff, from the room cleaners, Patrizia and (sorry - I forgot the name!) to the receptionists, Angelica and Noemi, to Fabio, the always-available palace door person. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the spaces, well-maintained and cozy. I stayed 3 weeks and I would certainly return if I had to stay in Napoli.

Centrally located and close too most city attractions. 300 meter from the metro and bus stop is right outside. Clean place with cleaning service. Friendly staff and open to answer your queries any time. It was my solo trio of 5 days and enjoyed it. As it was close to all the places, there was no difficulty at all.

Not much. Just the room size was a little small.

The location was pretty good. Close to a subway station, but if you were feeling like walking to the touristic spots, you could do that as well. The room was clean and comfortable. It had 2 floors, and although the stairs were steepy, which I knew, this wasn't an issue. The wifi worked very nicely!!

My only issue was the shower. It was small, which wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the moldu/mold in the tiles, which was unpleasant. I made an effort not to touch the walls there.

We recently stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. It's location was fantastic, offering convenient access to nearby attractions. However, the most impressive aspect of our stay was the staff. From the very first night, when we encountered a slight discomfort, the staff took immediate action and provided us with a tailored and exceptional service. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction truly made this place a fantastic choice. Grazie mille!

Bed linen was not changed as frequently as was indicated at time of booking. Shower was broken - it did not work optimally

The bed wasn't so comfortable so we had some problems to sleep the first night and also in the shower you could see the humidity of the place. But nothing terrible. I will stay in the place again

Perfectly located to reach all important sites in town, safe area, many cafes & restaurants nearby. Friendly hosts.

Would have been very helpful if 2 sets of keys were provided (especially for the triple room).

The room was large with a comfortable bed, it was made up and the bathroom cleaned daily. They went over and above for check in, I arrived in Naples very early, they were able to make the room available to me before 11! Really helped!

Everything was really great at this hotel. It was almost like staying at a friend's house really. The wifi isn't great in the room, but this is a minor quibble. It is a near-perfect location in one of the greatest cities in the world - 'Vedi Napoli e poi muori', as Goethe once said (do I get extra points for pretentiousness?). For me, this one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It's hard to go wrong with this price and location etc.

Wifi wasn't great, the area is a little noisy (not the cleanest air I've ever breathed) but otherwise everything was fantastico.
