When we first arrived, I think we were a little surprised at the location. It is in a narrow street and seems to be a bit of a rough area of town. Don't be put off by "first impressions." It turns out to be a quiet, safe and convenient area. We found two very good restaurants with the help of the hotel's staff. The staff was never too busy to be helpful -- like with calling taxis that arrived quickly.

This is petty, but there were shelves along the wall by my bed. I'm short, and I bumped my head repeatedly on the shelves. My fault, but you asked what I didn't like.

The staff was amazing -- very flexible with all of my requests (chair in room, earlier breakfast, etc.). Location is excellent. While in the center, the street itself isn't that busy, and the hotel is set back, away from the street, so it was very quiet in my room. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is kind of funky/interesting, with a rock formation lining one entire wall. Really nothing to complain about.

It would be nice to have a chair in the room, but I asked for one, and got one immediately.

Excellent location! Staff were very helpful and hotel was clean and comfortable. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Breakfast was adequate but could have been better no complaints really I feel that it was good value.

Check in was quick and easy with very friendly and helpful staff, the room was big and clean, asked for a wine opener and the front desk fellow went and grabbed me one happily. they waved anytime we passed by, so that was great! the location is close to the subway and in a great location coffee shops and shopping and resturants nearby! The entrance looks sketchy at first but beyond the gate its a great place. If you have mobility issues just be aware our bathroom was up a flight of stairs but still in the same room. so nightly visits for some could pose an issue.

The beds could have been more comfortable and the barking dogs next door were alot during the day

Breakfast was excellent, lots of healthy choices, pastries, fruit, juices. Friendly staff who were very helpful with directions. The location is very near Piazza Dante with its metro stop and taxi stand. It is a terrific base for ecploring Naples and neighboring attractions. The shower provided abundant hot wster.

From the minute, I recieved a confirmation, we were in touch and recieved recommendations how to reach the hotel and everything.Any question was responded fast.When I got there Suzie was so kind and helped with any advise.And the hotel decorated, very nice and happy , with a nice veranda to sit in the sun. Breakfast was very good.Amazing service.They'd just would do anything to help,and make you happy,Thank you for a wonderful time.

The best aspect of my room was that it was quiet. I could hardly hear any street noise at all, which is unusual for a city centre hotel. As a result, I had 3 good nights' sleep. The room was also at just the right temperature and the bed was comfortable. The staff on reception were pleasant. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the metro, which makes it easy for getting around the city. The metro connects to the main railway station which, in turn, connects to the airport by Alibus.

The shower cubicle in my room was small and very close to the toilet. It could be a problem for a circumferentially challenged guest. The choices at breakfast could be improved by more cheeses and some toast.

Nice design, lovely breakfast, large room and friendly staff. The location is really central and 'picturesque' even if because at the edge of a very poor neighborhood.

It feels like it starts needed renovation with the linoleum floor peeling. Everything must have been cleaned with lots of chlorine, the smell of it was overwhelming (I don't mind, but some people do). For some visitors, especially foreigners the neighbourhood might not feel safe.

The hotel is built into part of the underground which is really interesting and unique. the location was excellent. Close walk to the museum, amazing inexpensive pizza, and lots to do and see.

The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit dirty around the sink. Breakfast (included) was okay, nothing great.

A bit noisy at night - we faced the street. the hotel is in a narrow lane and you buzz through a gate to reach the courtyard. Seems a bit odd at first but it was perfectly fine and the hotel was very good.
