First, the location was fantastic--- on a wonderful piazza with cafes and a lively scene, including music in the evenings, as well as close to many attractions. Despite being in the middle of an active area, my room was quiet. The AC was very welcome, as was the well equipped kitchen (where self-serve breakfast was available) and attached plant-filled outdoor terrace. Common areas were comfy. Finally, check in was easy and welcoming.

While the bathroom was clean and had all one needs, the tub and shower could use better maintenance. And for a B&B, it was a tad lonesome--- Angela was welcoming on check-in and promptly helpful via WhatsApp (in Italian), but I never saw her again, or other staff. With no scheduled breakfast, chance to interact with other guests was limited.

Wow! It was my first time in Naples and picked this place by luck... And it was a huge luck and I am sure, the best choice. Located on a lively square with a lot of cafes, and easy to reach by foot. The host was really helpful for checking in, and the flat was done with a cozy design. Had the room looking on the square which was amazing for me (if you prefer total silence, choose a room facing the courtyard). Nice coffee/cake/bites and a great little breakfast prepared in the common kitchen and the room's minibar. Nice idea. Whenever I return, I cross my fingers that this place is available:)

Apartment was nicely decorated, located in historical building, room was spacious with beautiful, functional furniture. Stayed here one week so I got a chance to get to know this area very well. Great location - Piazza Bellini is close to museums, Metro station. A walk distance to Spanish quarters and near to Via Toledo. Surrounded by restaurants, coffees and bars. What its worth to remember - Piazza Bellini is a party square, so if you are not a party person, keeping window open might be challenging, but closed window isolate sound very good. There is live music and parties every night. In opposite side of the square there is a nice, small coffee (Caffè dell'Epoca), where I got my Italian breakfast each morning - coffee and cornetti (croissants), they are amazing there. Next to caffe in Via Port Alba the is Antica Pizzeria Port’Alba, where you can find amazing Pizzas. They state that their pizza place is open since year 1738. I can't confirm on that, but pizza I tried there was amazing. As I also tried famous Napoli L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele pizza, I can confirm that this one was much, much better!

We spent three nights here and it was lovely. It's a big, clean, warm and cosy apartment (turned into a hotel) with high ceilings, nice decor and a beautiful terrace. The location is central and safe, just a few streets away from Spaccanapoli, the metro, and bus stops. It is very quiet and the only noise you will hear is that coming from the square if you open the bedroom window. The bedroom was a good size and the glazed windows and shutters ensured that we got a good night's sleep. Although breakfast is not served, you have free use of the kitchen which is fully equipped. Check-in and check-out were very smooth.

This apartment was in a fabulous location, right in a lively piazza but the rooms were soundproof enough to not hear any noise when wanting to turn in for the night. They were very accomodating when I was running late due to train delays and crazy traffic. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was adorable, the bathroom super clean also. The shared space was lovely and the terrace was fantastic to get some work done in the afternoons. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Napoli

We were greeted by Angela as we arrived. She explained the facilities and answered all of our questions. We had full use of a well-appointed kitchen. The shared lounge dining area was wonderful, and the terrace was a lovely place in the morning for breakfast. We had a small fridge in our room. A private ensuite and the air conditioning were great. Our room overlooked the vibrant cafe life of Piazza Bellini and was bathed with the afternoon sun. Leaving the window open allowed the sound of the musicians and cafes in the piazza below to filter into our room, and yet the double glazed windows blocked both the heat and the sound out fully. We loved the location, close to Dante station, a short 25-minute walk to the port, and close to so many of Naples attractions. We were spoilt for choice when it came to cafes, restaurants, and bars. We will be back for sure if we are ever in Naples again.

Didn't know what a junior sweet was - turned out to be two decent size rooms and a smallish bathroom. A good value. A large common area altho we didn't use it much. Large fully equipped kitchen with some free pastries. I think the whole operation might have been 4 or 5 rooms to rent. Rarely saw anyone else. Operation overseen by Angela and friends who appeared briefly during the day to clean. She was very helpful but didn't speak English. I discovered the Google Translate App very useful, as was WhatsApp. The bedroom faced the back. The street scene around the square every night was lively and large but not too loud - mostly a low roar. The windows have a pretty good seal. The location and environs are super busy during the day and evening. You better like crowds. Tons of guides with flags and their entourages. There's a music school near the square with concerts (which we didn't see). Food opportunities galore. Prices are very reasonable. Don't know about the breakfast part in B&B. They did have all the kitchenware to do it yourself. The restaurants right outside the front door are pretty good.

It's a third-floor walkup - the picture of the front door is misleading because the important thing is the collection of buzzers to the side which let one know that one of them is B&B Bellini. You better be pretty athletic - the streets are brutal to walk on, streets are narrow and sidewalks narrower. Motor cycles/scooters are omnipresent and entitled. Red lights mean nothing and they love their horns. The collection of large medieval-looking keys to get in the joint and lug around. It was like getting into Jack Benny's vault - an obscure reference but I'm in my eighties. The graffiti, which is everywhere, is jarring.

Brilliant location (<5 minute walk to metro stop and to old town), beautiful decor, great value for money. I didn’t have breakfast included but they said I could help myself to snacks and tea and coffee which was really nice. Good communication from host who ensured to arrange a meeting time to let me in. The B&B is on a square that is busy in the evening but once you have the window and shutters closed you can barely hear any noise. I had an evening flight back and they were happy for me to leave my bags at the property for the day after my checkout.

Ideal location, great communication with the host . Large room with a balcony,with old building charm ,bit quirky. Shared kitchen and dining space ,with a large outdoor, terrace,all of which we had to ourselves during our stay . Complimentary coffee ,tea and I might of had a piece of cake or 2 or maybe 3. All in all a very pleasant stay .

Nothing that I can think of

Lovely rooms with great common areas included a kitchen area, living room and terrace. All were tastefully decorated and well maintained. It is located in Piazza Bellini perfectly located near great restaurants and within walking distance of several major sights. Angela met us when we arrived and made sure our visit was exceptional. We loved this property and will definitely return. Thank you Angela for a great visit.
