Location and value for money are excellent. Fresh fruit at breakfast, and a very friendly breakfast helper.

The room was tight but that is to be expected in that location. The shower stall was very small, the toilet flush was gurgling, and the bathroom floor was not being cleaned.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Neapolis. The only problem was the elevator being out of order on the very day we arrived (and spanning the weekend, it wasn’t fixed). The staff was very kind, the room clean, and the hotel convenient and functional, located near the subway and at the heart of Naples' lively atmosphere. In another city, we might have complained about the noise from the street, but that’s just Naples, and you have to embrace certain folkloric aspects. We’re not sure if we’ll have the chance to return soon, but if we do, we’ll stay there again. Overall, we can only recommend it to potential future guests.

We had bad luck; the elevator was out of order, but it wasn’t the hotel's fault.

They are renovating! This place is good now, and I hope it will be great after renovations. I will share the things most important to us about our stay. We have a wheelchair so accessibility was a must for us. There is a lift from the street level to the hotel - no stairs at all (barring one small step up or down from the lift). Our room was right off reception, it and had handicapped equipped bathroom (ramp, rails, stall shower). The staff did so much for us, even things I never thought to ask for! They were all really fantastic. Location is awesome, and a big reason we ended up deciding on this hotel. And the reasonable price was right for what it is. Even though our room faced Via Tribunali we weren't disturbed by the street noise, at any time of day or night. There are so many cafes and restaurants right in front of the hotel, and 1 -- 10 minutes walk away. The restaurant right outside the hotel is great, La Locanda Del Grifo. The room was spacious (double bed, wardrobe and desk) and was very clean when we arrived and attended to every day. The room had a Juliette balcony. Continental breakfast was fine -- croissants and cappucinos and yogurts. Shower water was hot at all times of the day and water pressure was great. The only public area of the hotel we spent any time in was the entrance and lobby, which are nice looking. Lovely front door and lush plants. Securty: The room safe is 10€ to use, I assume per day. It isn't bolted down or anything though. You could just cart it away 😆 We didn't use it; we have our own travel PacSafe. The condition of the room: there are plenty of other reviews about it. They need attention and I hope the impending renos make a difference.

Wifi was our only real problem. We did not have data and needed to rely on it, but it worked consistently exactly 1 out of the 4 nights we were there. If we went into the bathroom it would stay connected 🙄 If we were outside our room and connected to any other of the hotel networks it

Great location right in the center of the old town, close to the Metro. Reading the reviews, we expected ist to be quite noisy and were surprised that it wasn‘t. We liked getting breakfast in our room, there was quite some choice and it was much better than expected. We also couldn‘t understand why some guests found it difficult to find - the given address is correct and there is a large sign at the entrance of the building.

The decor of the room and the furniture are quite old(-fashioned) and could be updated.

The hotel's location was extremely convenient. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, with the exception of the airport. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast had a nice variety of foods and beverages. Coffee drinks were made to order and I enjoyed my hot tea served in a tea pot. The staff members we encountered were all friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The bed and pillow were just a bit too firm for my taste, but I still slept well. The hotel's location meant there was some street noise from the lively activity below.

Probably the best location to stay at for all the must do's in Napels

They do have a breakfast but don't expect any fruits ...

The breakfast exceeded our expectations, it was really complete and tasty, specially the coffee, the staff was great, attentive and did everything and more to help us during our stay, the location is great and lively.
