Host was very kind and as helpful as possible. The location was brilliant, really close to top attractions and a close walk to others. The room looked lovely, had useful facilities and a lovely view from the balcony. We had a lovely stay and would recommend staying here.

A few communication issues when we arrived as two different numbers were being used, the water system makes quite a bit of noise to use and one of the days the main door got stuck and we had to throw our keys out of the window to the host's uncle to let us out, after a long wait. The host was very communicative with us but couldn't come to help (we had to wait a couple of hours before we got out)! They were apologetic but it did make us nervous in case it happened on the morning we needed to leave for the airport.

Room are exactly as they shown in the pictures, I don’t used to write like this. Unfortunately I have to say It was hard to find the entrance to the building. On pictures show a main street and it isn't. down stairs are a restaurant where the garbage dumps are. This is the entrance, I couldn’t believe it. It was our first impression, very bad: the smell of garbage, flies flying, very dirty, and also to say, "The elevator doesn't work."

The room fully met my expectations. The bathroom was well equipped, WiFi worked very well, air conditioning as well. The room facilities and furniture were new, clean and of a good standard. I would only recommend considering placing a slightly larger wardrobe in the room, as it would be helpful for those who want to spend more days than a weekend. Nevertheless, my impressions of the stay are very positive :)

The elevator was not working during my stay. For young and fit people, this is a trifle, but seniors may not be happy with climbing stairs. In addition, the entrance to the building is shared with the restaurant next door. I would recommend suggesting to the kitchen staff to keep more tidy and clean up after themselves as we all want to live in a well maintained building.

We only stayed a short night as we were catching the ferry to Ischia in the morning. Our plane was delayed, so we only arrived at the b&b at 1am, but the lovely Alessandra went above and beyond to help us check in, and she insisted on lugging our heavy suitcase up several flights of stairs herself as the lift was not working. Spacious, comfortable room in a little lane in the middle of the historic district and not very far from the harbour, perfect base for exploring the city. (Not recommended for people with mobility issues, though, as it is in a pedestrian street and up some stairs.) A simple breakfast (espresso and pastry) was included in the café just around the corner.

Very prompt in all communications -Free of charge drinks and snacks: a lovely welcome! -Maps and guides to discover Napoli - all you need to discover Naples on your own, I loved them!

To improve: - air conditioner - due to low ceiling, I recommend not to stay in the room on 2 floor in summer, but it is perfect for spring and winter days!

Location and Alexandra. The location is in a bustling area which for some could be loud but I like the city noise.

I didn’t have any euros to pay for tourist tax and spent an hour looking for Banca( Bank). I wish all fees included in price. The stairs if you are not fit might be a problem especially with luggage but whom ever is working will help you bring to room. Outside of building might make some nervous but once inside room is quaint.

The room was very beautiful and spacious. It is in the centre of Napoli which helps a lot if you want to go around to visit the city. The host was very friendly as well.

It is inconvenient to carry your luggage on those stairs, especially if you have a lot of them.

Modern studio apartment with comfy bed, good amenities and nice bathroom/shower. The AC worked very well, which I was desperate for after a few days in the heat at places without it. Location is off a small side street in a bustling neighborhood - so lots of activity nearby but quiet inside (for any lone travelers, I arrived at night so the side street was a little intimidating, but there were tons of people meters away at the cafes and bars nearby so I never felt uncomfortable). Alessandra was a very friendly host during check-in, including carrying my heavier bags as the elevator was broken.

The apartment windows all face the inside of the building, so there is no natural light. Also, while I had very good instructions about how all of the keys work, at check out I had to leave the keys in the room and then was clueless as to how to get out of the building itself… apparently there is a white button to push in the stairwell, not by the door, but I clearly missed this in the check in process.

The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Alessandra went above and beyond to make our stay as good as it was.

Great location along Via dei Tribunali. Large modern room and good value. The staff were more than accomodatine, meggaging beforehand to check arrival times to make sure access could be arranged. My flight was cancelled so at the end I only got to the property at 10pm but that was no issue. Via dei Tribunali is a very busy and lively street with many cafes, shops and resteraunts. The room is located on a very busy section and it is quite noisy at night and into the early hours of the morning irrespective of weekday. Not a problem, just something to consider.
