excellent location. located in the middle of the Christmas alley and also very near spaccanapoli but do note that it’s a good 25 minute walk from Napoli centrale. food and shopping right below the apartment. host was very responsive over booking.com messages. room was no frills and basic but sufficiently clean. bathroom was huge and spacious. hot water and water pressure was good with shower amenities provided. Lavazza coffee machine with plenty of Lavazza pods for a quick coffee fix.

room was on the third floor which we were aware of but didn’t realize there were 9 flights of stairs up to that level. take a left turn every time you reach a junction at the stairs and climb all the way up to find 21 Armeno. the stay would have been even better if some extras like a bottle of water and umbrellas were provided.

The shower wasn’t perfectly clean, even though the apartment in general was good and clean, so it wasn’t a big thing. Maybe equipment of the apartment could be a little better, for example a big mirror in the room, but in general there is everything important

The accommodation was very central for tours and so many beautiful restaurants and cafes. The owners were extremely helpful and accomodating when I called them as I could not find the accommodation at first. Would recommend this accommodation to people.

Not good for people with big suitcases because there is no elevator. Not the owner’s fault because it is an old building. This place is best for backpackers

Everything is as on the photos - spacious rooms, high ceilings and big bathrooms (something not common for Italy). The communication with the hosts was perfect - they helped us with tips and recommendations.

Top location, in old town, near bars and restaurants, and top attractions. Owner is very nice and helpfull. Room is clean and nice. If you are in Naples this is the place to stay! Recomended!!

Great location! In the heart of Naples.

The room is large, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom as well. LOVED the room! The staff extremely helpful, always available to answer any queries via WhatsApp. The location is very central - lots of attractions just a few metres away. We are already looking forward to returning again soon.

The stairs to reach the accommodation are not for the faint hearted. Armenio 21 is on the 3rd floor of an old building- so lots of stairs. However, you will be eating lots of good food in Naples, so the stairs will help you keep in shape:) Also, once you see your room you will realise that it was worth climbing those stairs to reach such a comfortable oasis.

Exceptionally clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable accommodation in the absolute heart of Naples. Host was helpful, highly responsive, kind and generous. Highly recommend!!

The room is nice and the location is perfect

The AC continues to work even after you turn it off (when other rooms are using it). I was cold and eventually I blocked the air outlet with a pillow.
