The room was very clean. AC worked perfectly. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. The location in the historical center is perfect. It is a 10min walk from 2 metro lines. That said beware that you need to walk with your luggage along cobbled streets for 10min to get to the apartment. WiFi works well. The apartment is on the 7th floor with a small elevator - you have a nice view.

Two small mentions: The mattress is ok for a couple of nights but not the most comfortable if you are planning to stay for longer. This is a room with a private bathroom in a floor with other rooms (you have the key to your room). There is a shared kitchenette and the front door of the “floor” where the apartments are didn’t lock.. that was a bit strange.

I liked everything about this place! It's so nicely organised, it had everything we needed. Even though it's located in the old city centre, it's not noisy at all, we could rest very well every night. The room is equipped with an air conditioner and that was a huge plus, otherwise I don't know how we could have managed. What stood out was the fact that they cleaned the room every day and we got fresh clean towels as well. During our 4 days stay it was also my boyfriend's birthday and Martina was super super kind to help me surprise him. I am so grateful for her having my back, as I was with him all the time unable to do anything without him not knowing. I loved that we didn't need to use public transportation at all, but we are also the walking type. For instance, to get to the airport, we simply walked for 22 minutes to Garibaldi station and we took Alibus from there (5 euros). Really nice, we'll definitely come back here, as Napoli and the surroundings have so much to offer that you need much more than four days to explore!

Nothing to mention that we didn't like. All was great and also very good communication with the host. Thanks for a lovely stay!

In a quieter location, tidy room. Kitchen available to use. Really good airconditioning, nice view. Felt safe.

Bathroom and shower door is very small, the hand held shower head holder was broken. There was a dirty cup left in the bathroom accidentally and a bottle of old-looking body wash was the supplied toiletries only. It was very hard to get a taxi to find the address as there are lots of one way streets. It isn’t very close to a metro station so be prepared to walk a lot if getting around by metro. There were too many people contacting me before the booking (3 or 4 different WhatsApp numbers) and when I messaged during my stay it was difficult to get the help I needed. It was advertised on the booking site and a printed sign in the kitchen that breakfast would be available for a small amount of euro, but there was no breakfast actually available.

The communication with Martina was great. The room itself was tiny but nice and the view over the city is breathtaking.

So far, everything was good. I had the pleasure to get all the informations from Martina. I only spoke once with her Colleague, Dario and well...Lucky me, I had Martina as my person of contact.

Great location. Close to best places in old city. Lovely bright room with a view over the rooftops. Very clean and well laid out. Had a shared kitchen with fridge and microwave to use.

Lift was a bit scary. Kitchen had no kettle to boil water and no pots etc to be able to heat on stove.

Is very close to the city center and has very good internet

The room had a lot of dust and some mold in the bathroom. It doen't look as good as it is in the pictures and the neighborhood where is located looks pretty bad

Nice location and very friendly and supportive staff

No cooking facilities (no kettle, pot or a frying pan). Only one plate for 3 rooms, while cups, mugs, cutleries were available in sufficient quantities

Great views from our room. Airco was available as well. The beds were made everyday, this was not communicated but a nice surprise for us.

In the evening/night quite a lot of nuisance from downstairs. People were sitting there playing games or something similar with a lot of noise. The bed linen was only a thin sheet and not much more and in addition, for five days we only got one towel per person which were not changed either.

Recently renovated room - well-kept and clean. Beautiful view from the balcony.

A bit tight. Empty kitchen - no equipment - what for?

This is basically an apartment with a number of rooms let out, it’s like an airbnb but you don’t know the other people on the apartment. The place was super clean and in a great location for all the sights.

The property can be difficult to find.
