V centrally located - a real buzz just outside but quiet inside.

It is an old building so no lift and a lot of stairs - but there is a clever pulley to get your bags up and down so that helps a lot. Our taxi driver refused to go to the hotel so we had to walk a couple of blocks. Taxis are allowed and indeed the hotel organised several for us - so maybe call hotel and get them to book a taxi to meet you or confirm with taxi before you get in that they will drop at door.

Nice hotel apartments offer an excellent quality-price ratio. The rooms are large and well-equipped, and FFE is new. You can either dine in and use the kitchen facilities on the first floor of the room or experience the wide selection of restaurants within the neighbourhood within walking distance. The staff is kind and helpful. Housekeeping is also very attentive, and the rooms are cleaned impeccably every day.

Rooms have large ceilings, which is very positive, and they have created a mezzanine floor where the bed and bathroom are located. I would have also preferred to have a bathroom on the main floor where the kitchen is located rather than going upstairs anytime I needed it.

Location excellent for exploring historic centre of Naples. Quirky setting in faded glory of an old palazzo. Rooms first rate, up steep stone steps (unsuitable for elderly or infirm) but great for our needs. Spotless interiors, comfortable bed on mezzanine of high ceilinged rooms, great AC, small bathroom with great shower, kitchenette with enough facilities to make guests feel right at home.

Nothing, it’s elegantly simple, no frills so bear that in mind when booking. Note that because this part of Naples has narrow streets guests will have to walk up to 100 metres with cases to locate the Palazzo.

The apartment is in a great location; right in the heart of the lanes and amongst the hustle and bustle. It was also quiet at night despite this, as it was set back from the street. Apartment was quite large, with plenty of room and it was great to have a dining table and seating area. Would have been great to have an iron and ironing board. We requested one but it got taken away whilst we were out one day so they must only have the one! Although the apartment is on the third floor, the staff take your bags up for you, which was great!

The reception wasn’t open when we needed to check out at checkout time, which was a little surprising.

This is a fabulous place to stay, the building is old and has such atmosphere and the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a tiny balcony overlooking a tiny street from which you can listen to the sounds of Naples buzzing around you. We loved this place and would definitely return. The hosts were so helpful. The location is amazing, very central. Naples is a wonderful, vibrant, noisy, messy, graffitied, uplifting place - the people are amazing, so hospitable, the food is incredible and reasonably priced, and the city just oozes history from every wall in every street. Loved it.

This apartment is in the historic district of Naples. Lots of graffiti and might even look a bit sketchy to some, but once through the giant door and up the stairs, you enter a beautiful little apartment. Stocked kitchen , cleaned every day . The apartment is in the historic district close to many sights, including the Archeology Museum of naples, which is fantastic . All the relics from Pompeii are there . If you're up for adventure and love ro roam around a city, stay here . It's an old building, so there no elevator and many steps. However, they helped both out luggage so I can't complain

The main air-conditioning system seemed to be broken. They provided a portable one, so the apartment was cool it was just a little difficult to regulate the temp at night

Very centrally located apartment, and nevertheless really quiet. The apartment itself was very spacious and the proprietor provides all you need to make yourself a first class coffee in the morning as well as some biscotti, nutella and more. Very thoughtful. We enjoyed the stay very much

It is a pity they don't care more for the bathrooms, the shower especially: The tiles are covered with stubborn lime traces, which clearly have not been removed over the years. It is just an optical thing. Nevertheless, it would be worth giving the tiles a proper wash, enhancing the experience even more.

The reception was very friendly and helpful and gave us some very good tips on restaurants and things to see

Having the reception open only when someone is checking in does make it difficult if you arrive at a slightly different time than planned which can happen easily. We had to wait in the street when we first arrived. We messaged the reception and she arrived within 5 minutes so no problems. But maybe a tip for others in the future to keep updating the hotel with your revised arrival time.

The hotel is well located in the historic district. As the hotel is part of a residential building, it was a little hard to find initially, but a quick phone call to reception sorted it. The lady at reception met us in the street and guided us into the building, and her colleague took our bags and winched them up to level 2! There is no lift access for this very old building, only stairs. We were warmly welcomed and provided with good local knowledge and information about our day trip to Caserta; she also organised a restaurant booking and departure taxi, plus we were able to have quite a lot of laundry done during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and a very generous size. If you are looking for a location in the historic heart of Naples in an apartment that has been thoughtfully restored in a building dating back to the 1500s, this is a great choice. A note for those with lots of luggage: It is impossible to reach the hotel by taxi during certain times of the day, so you must be prepared to walk a short distance across the cobblestones with your luggage during those times.

We stayed for a night after a week on the Amalfi coast before flying home from Naples airport. We were a bit concerned about staying in Naples but wanted to see the historical area and architecture - the location could not have been better, we felt a bit unsafe in other areas of Naples (for instance around the train station) but felt very safe around the hotel meaning that we could explore the historical area well and there were plenty of bars and restaurants very closeby for the evening. The room itself was extremely spacious over 2 floors and decorated with modern art in a stylish way. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet overnight

The communication could have been better, we struggled to access the hotel from the big door in the alley and when we rang the number they weren't the most helpful, they asked us if we were in the courtayard, but you needed a key to access the courtyard - we had to follow another guest in before finding the reception. Couldn't fault it otherwise!
