The location was fabulous being in the heart of the old city of Naples. The vibe was great! Only a short walk to the Metro station Dante. Maison Nilo is in walking distance to majority of the attractions. The property was overall comfortable and had a modern feel to it with air con rooms. The room is on the second floor bear this in mind if you have heavy bags. The three rooms in the apartment share a common breakfast area which at times felt a little cramped if more than one room had breakfast at the same time. Carlos was great he looked after our breakfast needs and serviced the rooms. Nunzia was very helpful and provided great support via WhatsApp during our stay.

it’s impecable! love it! it’s second floor so bring small suitcase. Great place to crash in the city Nutzia it’s very attentive an Carlo it’s a lovely men that will try to help you it’s best.

the taxi driver did not took me to the street Nilo so make sure you tell the driver that it’s the street Nilo not the pedestrian area name Nilo too. witch has nothing to do with the house. the house it’s perfect! iits all what you need in Naples. Also I asked to keep luggage a they send me to a location on the street but you pay 5 euros per bag witch I didn’t know it was with extra price should be said in advance.

I spent a month in Italy, often changing B&Bs, the Nilo maison was the best. Fantastic place, located in the center of old Naples where you can visit everything by walking. The location can be reached from Piazza Dante by walking 5 minutes. Clean room, very kind and always helpful staff (Nunzia's suggestions on what to visit and where to eat were very useful) and we also appreciated the possibility of having breakfast in the room (excellent). I will certainly return to Naples in the future (fantastic city) and I will certainly choose Maison Nilo again.

The apartment was located in the middle of Old Town, it was in the best location for the restaurants, shops and cafés. The entrance to the Underground city was also one 2 streets away which was brilliant to see..the security was great as there was a large door into a quiet courtyard to access the apartment. Nunzia was so lovely and very helpful, the apartment was spotless and cleaned every day and the continental breakfast was great to get every morning. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Absolutely no complaints

It was a wonderful stay! The apartment is located in the very centre of the city so it's really convenient. The staff was exceptionally helpful - I arrived on a morning flight and my room was ready for me long before the usual check-in time. I also got earlier breakfast when I had to catch a train on my last day. So thank you for everything!

The apartment is in the centre so sometimes it's noisy outside at night - just remember to pack some earplugs and it should solve the problem;)

Very nicely updated. There is a little area with sofa, table a chair, a coffee maker and tea when I entered. Shared area. I had 1 room with private bath room. Very nicely done. Comfy bed, nice shower. Towel heater in bath room which I love. I had a coupon to have a cappuccino and croissant for breakfast in a nearby cafe. Little snacks in room. Nuncia was really nice and always answered the phone. Maison Nilo is in the historic center, near a lot of attractions! About 10 minutes walk from metro Dante. Forgot the room is made daily. Really clean!

I was not told how to open gates to get to Place. There is 2 gates when leaving the building to open there is a button to push to open which I did not know.But maybe it was explained to me but my Italian is not great!

location was superb . the room was well laid out and appointed.

there should be an indication that it’s on the second floor with no lift. breakfast was included with a photo of buffet breakfast when it’s actually a coffee and pastry in a nearby coffee shop . it may well have been a buffet in the past but that photo should be removed as it’s otherwise misleading.

great location, lots of restaurants nearby. room a little smaller than in the photo, very clean and cozy. Nunzia very attentive and caring.

I didn't really like the breakfast, it consists mainly of flour, which we don't welcome. Please include water in your stay every day, and instead of flour, add yogurt and fruits. I was upset that there was no elevator, we had to carry the heavy suitcases ourselves.

The location in Napoli was very good. The room itself is not large but works well and is very clean. The bathroom is also very clean and the fixtures all work well, including the towel warmer. The rooms are on the second elevated floor accessed via stair, which was not a problem for us. We did not meet our host but she was very attentive and communicated via whatsapp. Breakfast is not offered at the location but just around the corner at a nice patisserie.

The breakfast is coffee and a pastry - would have been good to have more choices.

Maison Nilo 15 in Naples is a fantastic place to stay. The location is excellent right in the heart of Naples, close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was the absence of a safe box in the room, which would have added an extra level of convenience and security.
