Good and not so good. We had a bit of a problem, but it was resolved in the end. Three months before arriving I booked the suite which is big, it has a table and chairs and 2 balconies with quite nice views out the windows. I was looking forward to being extra comfortable for my 6 night stay. When I arrived he wanted to give me a small room with a view of a wall. He had already given my suite to a group of three. I wonder why he did not contact me to let me know and offer me the opportunity to cancel. In the end I got to stay in the room that I had booked but he was quite annoyed and it was not pleasant. It is not okay to switch guests, without letting them know, to a room that they did not book, so that you can accommodate different sized groups. The suite is nice because you can really spread out in it. The comfortable table is ideal for doing work or eating and the balconies are delightful with blooming flowers. I really recommend the suite, just double check with the hotel before you arrive. Due to this lovely room and the awesomeness of Naples, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the city. As much as I loved the room, I would not stay here again due to the many cameras everywhere and the unwelcoming attitude.

good location in heart of Old Town, you can found everything you need in surroundings. A lot food, street food, Michelin Pizza for only 6Eur, Aperol. At kitchen you can take juice and sweets for free. Comfortable room with fridge.

If you do not have exact time of arrival, better to avoid this place. otherwise host will blow your mind with messages regarding your estimated arrival time. We have no any exact plans, it was our first trip to Amalfi coast, and we have no idea how much time we spend in any location we planned to visit. Host always asked as when we plan to arrive to arrange workers. But you have noted the time in your advertisement from - till, and we count with this. Finally we run from ferry with luggage, because afraid of missing exact final arrival time. but the girl, who met was very nice (she is not the main host), and we took transfer to airport

Exactly as described in Booking.com. Room very spacious. En suite a decent size also. Great recycling in place & Towels changed every three days which while commendable might not be great during height of summer!! Common area was lovely with opportunity to make hot drinks - good selection incl coffee machine, selection of cakes etc available . Host Fulvio was welcoming, clear advice etc re area, safety and accommodation. Checked in daily via What’s App to ensure all was good

Truly there was nothing to dislike about the property but the reason I’m not giving it a 10 is because there was no daily room service. Now that might not be a big deal but when I’m on holiday I like to have my room cleaned and bathroom cleaned and not have to do it myself!! I possibly could have asked for this but I didn’t feel I should have to do that.

A wonderful spacious room with all you need, in a beautiful Neapolitan building the Location is right in the centre and walking distance to many sites. There are food places everywhere for you to try all the superb Neapolitan food. We felt totally safe even walking back late at night. Fulvio is an excellent host and can help out with anything you need. Grazie di cuore

Great location in the heart of the centro historico, minutes walk form some of the key sites in the old city, and a couple of minutres away from trhe metro at Piazza Dante. Breakfast is at Cafe Mazz om via Tribulani, again, just around the corner.

Room could have been a bit warmer, but it was unseasonably cool for April.

Property is placed right in the heart of the city. Most of the tourist attractions are in walkable distance. It is also very close to sorbillo (a pizza heaven). The Guest host Fulvio was very very helpful. He was following up to check if we settled down well. He also sent us a list of attractions way before which saved us some time in doing the research

You cannot reduce the AC below 23c and since the room is like 20 feet tall 23 took a lot of time for the room to be in a perfect condition to sleep. I went on a day which was 30c outside so AC was a necessity.

Right in the middle of the historic centre, lots of things to do and see just around the corner! Exceptionally clean - very impressed, bc this is a historic property and some things aren’t easy to keep clean. Also the wonderful wooden ceiling and the whole charm of the B&B was just lovely.

Very little things: The WiFi didn’t reach our room properly and the flush of the loo was a bit tricky. The owner ordered a repairman and checked the WiFi after we left, so A+ for responding immediately.

Other than a great old very well maintained building and wonderful facilities overall, the best part of booking the place was Fulvio, the most marvelous host we had in our whole trip through Europe. He has a lot of useful information and recommendations, helps accommodating requests and keeps in constant communication.

Our room didn't have a lot of natural light, but it was ample, clean and well equiped.

A very good, central, safe and quiet location. Fulvio was great, gave us great tips about the area and Napoli in general, arranged transportation to the airport for us and checked every day to see that we are fine. We'll surely return to Napoli and Pietrasanta.

The accommodation is excellent, and Fulvio made our stay in Naples even better with his help and suggestions. The accommodation is extremely neat and newly renovated in the very heart of Naples, yet quiet enough. With Fulvio's suggestions for places to visit, restaurants, cafes, you don't have to prepare in advance. In about 10 minutes of talking with Fulvio, you will have the perfect plan for your stay. We are a family with a child and we spent two days in Naples and fell in love with the city. I have never experienced such dedication to guests, at the right moment and to the right extent. Along with a lot of positive impressions, coffee and pastries in a great local cafe are included in the price, we could leave our bags in the common areas (the flight was in the afternoon) and Fulvio organized a transfer to the airport for us. We will certainly return to Naples and to Fulvio's accommodation again.
