- lovely welcome upon arrival - daily juice and bottled water in the fridge - treats at breakfast (biscuits, cakes, etc) - Arianne really was on hand for any problems at all, and ensured that the issues we encountered were resolved as quickly as possible - clean, spacious room - everything needed was provided, even toothbrushes etc in case you have forgotten yours! - room cleaned whenever you request and bedding changed regularly - right in the middle of the historical centre

- the air conditioning unit happened to break, but this was fixed quickly and we were re-roomed until it was fixed (and we are so grateful!!) - the shower doors didn't quite close and the shower head is above the glass so sometimes water gets out - bed not the most comfortable

The property is really nice inside. It’s clean and confortable, the staff is really nice and everything works well in the room. They leave some snacks for the guests which is convenient

I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with children. The area around the hotel is noisy, full of people and it’s not the nicest area in Napoli. Feels a little insecure. If you are looking for a nice walkable and easy experience this is not the area to stay.

The B&B at the hearth of the historical center. Good price-quality ratio. The B&B is clean, with rooms and bathrooms renovated to new. You have a shared kitchen where Arianna during the morning leaves a lot of things to enjoy a breakfast. But certainly the best thing was her, always in touch for anything you need and, in fact, I forgot 2 rings and she came to the airport at 6am to return them. I strongly recommend it 😊

The accommodation was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. It’s conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the main attractions, cafes, and restaurants on foot. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I especially appreciated that they adjusted the breakfast to suit my dietary restrictions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience – I would definitely recommend it!

B & b apartment which is nestled in heart of Centro Historico,literally 50 m away from Via dei tribunali,hub of tasty local food.Located in quiet and peaceful street so you can sleep well and bustling streets and vibe are in front of your nose.Staff is top professional with quick answers and advices for everything you need for comfortable stay. The location was right in the middle of old Naples....fantastic atmosphere. The facility was in an old building but completely modernised.....clean,comfortable, secure. Our room was spacious and well appointed....very comfortable. Ariana was welcoming and helpful with any queries that we had.

It was initially difficult to find the facility due to a lack of adequate signage at street level.

The location is fantastic! It’s right in the heart of the old town and yet quiet at night because it’s secluded and off the Main Street. Host is super helpful and easy to contact. We used both google maps and apple and easy to find the place on Van San Paolo. Past a barbershop that used to cut D&G’s hair and a pharmacy. Metro stops are within 10-15 Mins walk. There is mini supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants around even on Sunday . Apartment is clean with hair dryer and iron. Breakfast is simple but ample. The kitchen is not extensive but enough to cook a simple meal if required.

The stairs! It’s on the first floor so if you Luggage beware.

The room is very nice and clean, the breakfast is complete and the shared kitchen is very practical! The location is great, a little away from a busy road so less noisy than the rest of the city. And the host was perfect with us which made our stay even more wonderful.

The only fault I found was that there wasn't much hot water, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Our room was large, clean and cool - a tranquil oasis in the middle of the whirlwind that is Naples!

Everything was really great - only slight downside was the shower pressure and fluctuating temperature and perhaps the WiFi strength although our room was furthest away from the router.

The place was so BEAUTIFUL! And the breakfast!! We really had an amazing time. The location was perfect for our short trip, right in the center, near amazing places to eat and 20-minute walk to the main train station. The room was super clean and confortable but the breakfast has the upper hand: water bottles (for the heat it was amazing), coffee, milk, croissants, marmelades, fruit, cereals, yogurt. It was just lovely! Moreover, our taxi got lost and the hostess was kind enough to guide him by phone! Highly suggest staying here!
