- lovely welcome upon arrival - daily juice and bottled water in the fridge - treats at breakfast (biscuits, cakes, etc) - Arianne really was on hand for any problems at all, and ensured that the issues we encountered were resolved as quickly as possible - clean, spacious room - everything needed was provided, even toothbrushes etc in case you have forgotten yours! - room cleaned whenever you request and bedding changed regularly - right in the middle of the historical centre

- the air conditioning unit happened to break, but this was fixed quickly and we were re-roomed until it was fixed (and we are so grateful!!) - the shower doors didn't quite close and the shower head is above the glass so sometimes water gets out - bed not the most comfortable

The accommodation was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. It’s conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the main attractions, cafes, and restaurants on foot. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I especially appreciated that they adjusted the breakfast to suit my dietary restrictions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience – I would definitely recommend it!

The location is fantastic! It’s right in the heart of the old town and yet quiet at night because it’s secluded and off the Main Street. Host is super helpful and easy to contact. We used both google maps and apple and easy to find the place on Van San Paolo. Past a barbershop that used to cut D&G’s hair and a pharmacy. Metro stops are within 10-15 Mins walk. There is mini supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants around even on Sunday . Apartment is clean with hair dryer and iron. Breakfast is simple but ample. The kitchen is not extensive but enough to cook a simple meal if required.

The stairs! It’s on the first floor so if you Luggage beware.

The location was right in the middle of old Naples....fantastic atmosphere. The facility was in an old building but completely modernised.....clean,comfortable, secure. Our room was spacious and well appointed....very comfortable. Ariana was welcoming and helpful with any queries that we had.

It was initially difficult to find the facility due to a lack of adequate signage at street level.

The room is very nice and clean, the breakfast is complete and the shared kitchen is very practical! The location is great, a little away from a busy road so less noisy than the rest of the city. And the host was perfect with us which made our stay even more wonderful.

The only fault I found was that there wasn't much hot water, but otherwise everything was perfect!

The place was so BEAUTIFUL! And the breakfast!! We really had an amazing time. The location was perfect for our short trip, right in the center, near amazing places to eat and 20-minute walk to the main train station. The room was super clean and confortable but the breakfast has the upper hand: water bottles (for the heat it was amazing), coffee, milk, croissants, marmelades, fruit, cereals, yogurt. It was just lovely! Moreover, our taxi got lost and the hostess was kind enough to guide him by phone! Highly suggest staying here!

Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Our room was large, clean and cool - a tranquil oasis in the middle of the whirlwind that is Naples!

Everything was really great - only slight downside was the shower pressure and fluctuating temperature and perhaps the WiFi strength although our room was furthest away from the router.

It was sweet breakfast and self service, there were products bought in the supermarket which we could use, I didn't really like the quality of products, except of oranges all the other things were water poor quality (nutella and other sweets)

Check-in experience. The instructions were sent when we were on the plane, without internet access we didn't check them and therefore we didn't know how to get to the rooms. Some other guest helped us as nobody from the place was available on the phone. Such interactions should be sent one day before arrival at least. Without this help we wouldn't be able to get to the rooms. Google shows wrong location, we also had to ask around where the place exactly is. The host should send precise location.

The place was very good,the location was amazing as me and my partner were able to get to the public transport, restaurants and other sites quite easily. The breakfast included was very nice and the owner was very helpful whenever we had questions or concerns.

The only downsides were the air conditioner that seemed to be not functioning quite well (we needed it as we stayed in March and during the night the temperatures were dropping and the room was chilly) and the hair dryer in the bathroom that was not working.

Very clean and good facilities. We were a little concerned at first being two ladies alone but we need not have been worried, we felt so safe even late in the evening, the locals were lovely and the area was so vibrant and fun. Would highly recommend and we would try to book here again if we return.
