Location was phenomenal, check in was very nice! Overall it was a great experience and I would go back there. The coffee machine in the room was great and made very good espressos. Room was clean, spacious and very quiet at night. Breakfast in the bars very close to the guesthouse was simple but nice.

Pillows were a little hard for my personal taste. Second set of towels (changed after my second day stay) was not in great condition (the initial one was, though). The water tap in the sink was a little lose, but everything else was perfect.

The room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom and ample storage space. The bed was very comfortable and given the great location in Centro Storico the apartment was relatively quiet. The breakfast croissant and coffee supplied by a local café was perfect. The service we received via WhatsApp before and during our stay was prompt and excellent, including the arrangement of a car service to the airport. The property is hidden behind a huge door, covered in graffiti with a smaller integrated door. Don’t let this put you off as graffiti in Naples is everywhere and like art.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property and would happily return if we were in Naples again.

Location was great: right on the heart of Centro Historico Beautiful room and bathroom very very clean and new. I loved staying in such an old house. Very nice guest who welcomed me.

Not noise insulated walls, probably impossible on this historical: I could hear ALL the sounds from the bathroom from the adjoining room. Also some loud conversations down in the courtyard. Breakfast was bad: no place to sit Only pastries for food But the person who works there very nice I did not know how to use espresso make and no instructions

Location amazing, staff brilliant, very clean and pretty room, great price. Booked last minute and wad delighted with our stay- they ordered airport shuttle for us which was great!

I could not work the coffee machine even after instructions but that's probably my fault!😃

The accomodation is very centrally located, really close by to via Tribunali (where all the pizza restaurants are) and Spacanapolli. The room was neat and the same as shown in the pictures. It has a window to courtyard and quiet despite the central location, although you can still hear the noise from other people in the hallway. Bottle of water and some nice breakfast snacks were free available in the room. We were grateful as well that we can store our luggages after checking out.

Additional chair or luggage rack in the room will be nice. Missing soap holder near the washing basin.

Location, room and personal were good

Unfortunately you can here almost every sound from guests in next room. And small room doesn't have window to the street. Only one from corridor. So air will be not very fresh in couple days and always will be seen light switches on in corridor when neighbors go there.

Very clean which is the most important thing. Lots of attention to detail with a very functional and luxurious room. Two independent rooms share a suite. The host was very responsive and welcoming and provided lots of information. Free water, coffee, tea and even cookies. Location is incredible. One minute walk from Musee Cappella Sansevero (book tickets a couple of hours before you want to go as it gets sold out! it’s worth a visit). Lots of restaurants nearby. Don’t think twice about booking this if you don’t know the Naples area and are passing through quickly.

Not knowing Naples, it took us some time to locate the entrance. Naples is a city with an amazing vibe with graffiti absolutely everywhere so at first we thought we were in the wrong place. Host could describe that the room is in a gated building and you need to locate the buzzer outside a big wooden door. However, the street is not very long so we knew we had to be in the correct area.

Excellent location in the historic centre, especially as we were only staying one night in Napoli. We were given the option of getting takeaway breakfast from one cafe, or eating in at another. We chose the latter and had a pastry, coffee and juice at Café Borbone just around the corner from the property. Air conditioning is very effective! Our guest liaison, Gennaro, was extremely friendly and helpful.

Not so much a dislike but just be aware of the stairs, which are many and more steep than normal. We were on the 'first' level but had to go up three flights of stairs to get there. OK if you have no mobility issues and no heavy cases to carry, but could be an issue if not. Thankfully, Gennaro was super helpful and carried our heavy suitcase up the stairs for us.

We had a super nice host and security guy who helped us whenever we had a question. The apartment was beautiful within an old building right in the old city center. Breakfast around the corner was also included and very italian. Whenever we will visit Naples again, we will choose this apartment.

Location was great! You are in the heart of the historic portion of the city. Breakfast was nice and convenient with an option to sit or get it to go depending on your plans.
