Lovely BnB, spacious room. There is a kitchen and terrace. Location was excellent right next to a busy street with plenty of restaurants. The staff were friendly.

I was the only person staying (early March) which meant there was not much point serving breakfast so I was given a voucher for a cafe - which was fine they had good coffee - but I was only offered a one croissant/cake - staff/owner were not particularly friendly. Though the room was nice the bed was not very comfortable. It is very close to a busy street, it was not noisy but I imagine it could get noisy at busier times of the year.

From the location to the sweet breakfast served in the morning at the terrace, everything exceeded our expectations! Our days began so much better from catching the sunlight while eating some typicals from Naples and a Cappuccino. The staff is very friendly and ready to help you with some local suggestions on what you can do to enjoy Naples as it fullness.

It's hard to say what we didn't like because everything was amazing at Janare. However, the building not having a lift and Janare Hotel being located at the 4th very high floor, it got tiring climbing all of those steps after a long day of walking and exploring the city. But we understand that's how the old architecture is.

Location was excellent! Breakfast was good - lots to eat but also very simple (in the best way) . The room itself was much larger that expected and very comfortable.

The stairs was rough to get up especially with big bags - we were so greatful for the pleasant Giulio who helped us carry our bags to the accommodation. C

Excellent location. Breakfast in the terrace was quite nice: coffee, toast, pastries, yogurt with muesli. View of the Vesuvius was remarkable. Location is super centric in the old town walkable to major monuments of the city. 20min walk to main train station

I recommend to change the bed. Mattress was quite hard

Our room with Janare was beautiful. It was large, spacious and comfortable. It was also very pretty. It was easy to communicate with the staff (our host Roberta was great!) and breakfast in the morning on the terrace was beautiful. The accomodation was also very central, however, we mostly used Naples as a base for booked day trips to Pompeii and Amalfi coast.

The room didn’t have a television

We had a friendly welcome when we arrived and we given all the relevant information about the property and breakfast times etc before we ventured off to have a look around. The property is pretty central to bars, restaurants and lots of the attractions are all in walking distance of the property. It is on the 5th floor though, so be prepared to climb some stairs to get in :)

Great location in the heart of Centro Storico, easy walking distance to metro and a pretty easy walk to Central too (20 mins). Cool terrace with views of the bay and the domes of Naples. Room was great and a nice big bathroom with excellent shower!

Make sure you read the description of the property as it clearly states that there is no elevator, and the hotel is on the 5th floor! It’s a good way to walk off the pizza…

Staff very nice, especially the young lady who prepared breakfast. Gave recommendations of where to go. Location is very hard to find, had to ask store staff around there where it was. It’s on the 5th floor, no elevator, bit we viewed it as a killer glute workout! Lol. Short walk to the train station, don’t take a taxi, he ripped us off at 18 Euros with no meter running. He didn’t even drop us off at the hotel, had to still walk a good distance. Great restaurants right by location!

Vittorio and team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making our late check-in seamless, and helping with transport when we left. The room was large, airy and bright, and the rooftop was a peaceful spot for breakfast and afternoon breaks. Great location, with great cafes and restaurants nearby and walkable to just about anywhere in the city.

Great breakfast, we could even ask for an extra cake. Beautiful terrace. Calm room and no noise from the street. Clean. Very kind hosts. Good location for Napels and at the corner you can eat at the best pizzeria!

To reach the 4th floor you have to do many stairs with your suitcase when you arrive. It’s 25 min walk from the train station to Janare. Close to the train station it doesn’t feel safe to walk, especially not alone.
